hi *** I have several evidence to prove that ***'s vehicle was not in our shop for three months as she is saying First is the evidence from the insurance company if you closely look the date of loss which means the date it was reported for its damages by the insurer it states 9/29/so how is possible it's been three months...second piece of evidence is the first initial supplements from the their insurance is date 10/01/and again on 10/20/dates of when checks were issued And than we also have a signed and dated document from *** herself dating 11/21/and several text messages about bring back the vehicle on 11/27/day after thanksgiving and text messages which was dated from 11/21/until 12/19/and filed this complaint on 12/28/so if you really look at who is lying where and if that was the issue to beging with why they just did not do it back in November and waited almost month and half after that I'm giving you the time frame and documented evidence that the vehicle was in our location for less than two months Again they were in rush that they did not allow us to completely finish the job and was suppose to bring vehicle back and yet again we were still agreeing to take care of their transportation needs And wanted to make sure they were taken care off we have claim number and insurance if you feel like we are the ones that is lying I am saying please call to verify with insurance and we really insist on this we have not threatened shalini in anyway however only thing we are asking is for her to pay us what she owes us shalini her self never came in with her friend or sister as we have cameras on premises to document that as well as evidence So please I am requesting your help with this issue As I have said I have no reason to lie or to be crook to my customer Thank you SincerelyClassic collision center *** ***

The Customer's repair has been handled to his satisfaction. The rain has delayed repairs being completed but we have spoken with the customer and completed everything requested

We have been working with *** since this project was completed to get the roof inspected and warranty issued, *** just sent an inspector out on January 15, to do the roof inspection and now we will continue the process with *** to complete the inspection process and the Mr*** his
warranty issued, we would like to apologize again for the delay on the manufacturer inspection of the roof Thanks *** *** Office Manager

This repair has been completed.

Business states that they have been trying to resolve the matter but the consumer has not shown up to the appointments. Business would like the consumer to contact the business directly at [redacted] so a appointment can be made, rental arrangements made, and resolution reached. Insurance company...

delay in approval response caused the setback for the repairs.

I am rejecting this response because: the reason I'm rejecting this complaint that the business response to, is because I have been betrayed in this situation. I paid out of pocket my self and borrowed money to pay the business. and now I'm being forced to pay again. mr. [redacted] was given cash when the car was first in the shop for repair. mr. [redacted] advised cash would work better for him, so I did my part and gave him cash, I have proof I took my sister and my friend that day with me when I paid him cash. mr, [redacted] advised don't worry your paper work and your receipt will be ready when the car is ready for pick up. I took his word and trusted him with the work. now which business will unprofessionally release  the car to the owner if nothing was paid. I have been played by mr.[redacted] so many times. even if my husband is trying to help me with this situation. also for rental part . the first time rental covered 600 for certain days mr. [redacted] took almost 3 months to fix the car . rental place called and advised on that my insurance is only covering 600 after that I'm responsible. I advised mr. [redacted] on it . he advised don't worry I already talk to insurance company and it is covered, I was played back and fourth about it. you can call insurance company regarding this situation. then finally mr.[redacted] covered rental because he kept the vehicle for that long.. and regarding the pick up date and time for the vehicle. mr [redacted] and his wife texted us during the day to pick up the car and return it . I work for the state I'm not able to leave work right away I work 25 miles away from home. it is not possible for me to leave. I advised I can not leave work because I was at work. then we made a date for pick up on Saturday 9am then they declined.. then they confirmed us Monday, so we showed up on monday they denied to show up and told us we did not text them. where we have proof of that . if you take a close look at the email they responded to. they also also said they had some personal issues they could not make it to the shop. now if I was advised I could have not came in at 9:30 and waited, I did have other appointment that I needed to make since that was my only day off... I had to drive out of town for funeral.  now please advised me what I'm a suppose to do, I'm being threatened  to pay again and mr.[redacted] is forcing me to bring money or he will not give me my vehicle.. please help me with this, I can not ask  anyone for anymore money 1k +1600 is way to much for me to pay again . please help me jorge, you can call the enterprise located on 47th ave sac, he also played them several times. I'm just being played around so many time, I need my car back and now his asking for money again . please help me with this situation.
