the heating unit in my home needs to be replaced and Adams-Terry Realty refuses to replace the unitI moved into the property on November 15, 2014. I am using space heaters for heat. The only solution that Adams-Terry Realty will give is for me to purchase more space heaters. We had a heat contractor check it and was told that it had to be replaced. We had been getting estimates to replace it. It was replaced the 28th & 29th, 2014. We have never told her we would not replace the furnace or she would have to buy more space heaters. She called Monday, 12/1/14 and told us she was very pleased with the service. We hope this will clear up any miss understand concerning the furnace replacement.
