I was VERY happy with the service I received from Adams Tree Service Good price, efficient and addressed all my concerns prior to doing the job promptly, NOT - weeks later like the other companies I contacted I really appreciated his honesty in what needed to be done and the options he gave me I would not hesitate to recommend Adams Tree Service and if I ever need trees removed again, he will be the only one I call

please see attachment thank you When Ms [redacted] signed up, the small membership investment gave her an online eCommerce store, a real time back office, ongoing support/ training and online community supportFor the past years, we have been paying all of our consultants and we are pretty proud of what they are doing in our companyOur commission pay is as follows: [redacted] commission from the 1st to the 15th will be paid on the 1st of the following month [redacted] commission from the 16th - 31th will be paid on the 15th of the following monthPer our policy all accrued commission must be equal to or greater than $for a commission check to be generatedIf for any given pay period your commission is below the $threshold those commission will roll forward to the following pay period until a minimum of $is accrued In November she has three commissions that were as follows: 11/- 11/15: 11/- 11/ 1/- 1/ 15: $ 12/- 12/15: $ (she now met the $threshold) The check for $ was mailed to her We were not aware that she had not received it We checked with payroll and the check has not been cashed and it hasn’t been returned to usWe will put a stop payment on the check and resend her a new check She then had two commissions in the month of February Her total commission was $and that commission was due on 3/ A manual check (check #***) has been requested for $and $and it will be mailed to address: [redacted] BLACKWOOD, NJ If she has any further questions, she is welcome to contact [redacted] or call us at: (800) 584- Warm regards, Michael

Regards to Cancellation and refunds: Every consultant who joins our company agrees to our policy and proceduresWe provide an online training site with instructions on how to cancelWe have email addresses they can send an email requesting cancellationWe have a [redacted] group where every consultant is there and can ask questions.Consultant Haley [redacted] texted her team memberOnly Corporate banking and credit can cancel membersThis is an automatic membership so each month they will be charged until canceledWe are a fair company and we are not here to hold fundsWe have no contracts, a consultant can cancel at anytimeOnce Ms [redacted] emailed us we canceled the membership right away.La Bella Baskets REFUND POLICY:All cancellations must be documented and ONLY an email must be received from "the consultant" requesting that their account to be canceled.All cancels must be emailed within hours before the next monthly membership payment is due [redacted] There are absolutely "NO REFUNDS" if you cancel after your payment has gone through.Thank youLa Bella Baskets

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I sent email on 10/03/requesting to cancel my account! On 10/04/they charged my bank account! On 10/05/they sent me and email that I have enclosed as an attachment that states as of 10/05/my account HAS BEEN CANCELED, not will be cancelled on 11/04/as they claim! I went on the LA Bella Basket website on 10/05/under my site name and my profile picture was gone as well as not being able to log in with my user name or password it said ACCOUNT NOT FOUND!!! I also tried on 10/17/before I filed complaint and I got same message ACCOUNT NOT FOUND???? When I received response from Mia on Revdex.com on 10/18/she claimed I had it all along, that's funny because I tried logging in last night on 10/18/and wouldn't you know I could log in???? Why couldn't I from 10/05/2016-10/17/2016? Bottom line is they cancelled my website and took my $24.95! Regards, [redacted]

We hired Adams Tree Service to remove a few trees and shrubs, as well as prune a large, mature maple and an big, overgrown Portuguese laurelI can't overstate how impressed we were with Adam and his crewFrom the onset with the onsite estimate to the cleanup at the end of the job, he and his team were total professionalsThe laurel was re-shaped and looks amazing, as does the maple tree, and we now have more sunlight in the back yardAdam discussed the plan for each tree in detail, and when pruning, allowed us to do it gradually with smaller cuts so we could make adjustments along the wayAdam took great care to not damage any of the plants, pots and flowers below when pruning the large trees, which I could see was not easy to doBut he did it and didn't make it appear to be any inconvenience at allThe final bill was right on with his initial estimate and very reasonable for all the great work he and his team didI would not hesitate to recommend Adams Tree Service, and I know I will use his service again for any pruning or tree removal we require in the futureThanks again, Adam & team! We are beyond impressed

On July 4th, I purchased an item that was to arrive the next day and did not receive it After contacting this company, I was informed that the item was either sold out or discontinued However, they took the money from my account It is now the 27th of July, and I have been trying to get my reimbursement for this item and no success I have written emails and still no prevail

I am rejecting this response because: As stated, I tried to follow instructions to email from my back panel and I received NO RESPONSEEmailing my sponsor was a last resortI emailed her asking how to cancel and followed those instructionsI would have canceled before the transaction was taken out of my account, but I was under the impression I had already canceled on September 25th when my first email was sentI was also supposed to receive a phone call from an actual person that never happened, and your team quit responding to meHorrible customer service

We did receive Ms***'s cancellation request and banking and credit cancelled her account After looking into her account further, we noticed that the autoshipment of $went through The autoshipment has been stopped an no further payments will be required The membership of

Adam's Tree Service was engaged this week to remove two large and threatening trees from our neighbour's propertyAdam facilitated the work with the executor of the neighbour's estate in Germany and kept everyone well informedThe job was done professionally: on time, on budget, great clean up and really friendly serviceHighly recommended

Very professional and experienced Took down a very precarious willow for me at a reasonable cost Couldn't have done a better job I would highly recommend them

We have a policy and procedure that they agree to when they first sign up and it specifically tells all new consultants we need 48- 72 hours for all cancellations.
So Ms. [redacted] emailed Banking and credit on the 3rd. This  is a very busy...

dept that is why we ask for a specific time frame for all cancellations.Her payment drafted on the 4th. Our drafts are processed at 5:00 am on the 4th.
Our Banking and credit will keep her website open till Nov 4th and then its scheduled to be canceled

Our commission pay is as follows: * commission from the 1st to the 15th will be paid on the 1st of the following month. * commission from the 16th - 31th will be paid on the 15th of the following month. Per our policy all accrued commission must be equal to or greater than $15.00 for a commission check to be generated. If for any given pay period your commission is below the $15.00 threshold those commission will roll forward to the following pay period until a minimum of $15.00 is accrued.  In November she has three commissions that were as follows: 11/1 -  11/15:  0.60 11/16 - 11/30    0.60 1/1 - 1/ 15:   $7.50     12/1 - 12/15:  $6.70    (she now met the $15.00 threshold) The check for $17.40  was mailed to her.   We were not aware that she had not received it.  We checked with payroll and the check has not been cashed and it hasn’t been returned to us. We will put a stop payment on the check and resend her a new check.
