Predatorial con artists running a scam jobThey towed my car, which was licensed to be at my *** complex, while it was in the visitor parking areaCars spend MONTHS parked without a pass and they decided last night was the one night they wanted to actually do their jobs and tow someone, and they picked someone who actually was on file thereTheir promotional photos are completely rigged, half of them are cars that belong to them or are in cohoots with their apartment complex scam jobsThey are so quick to take honest people's money it'll make your head spinTwo stars since they were at least quick and painless in robbing me of my dollarsA racket, and they should be ashamed of themselves
The worst experience. They towed both of my vehicles from my apartment complex where I live, pay rent, and purchased parking passes. They charged $200 per vehicle only days before Christmas. Once I arrived, I was not shown the proof that my apartment manager verified it was legal for them to tow my cars nor the pictures they stated they had to verify their right to tow them. I asked for the right to see and inspect my vehicles before I paid $400. I was then told I had to produce cash because their machine was inoperable. I had to be driven to the nearest bank due to taking an[redacted] to get to the tow yard with my daughter. It is one thing to run a business but entirely another to use it as a way to take advantage of people especially days before Christmas. To quote a favorite holiday movie: "Merry Christmas ya filthy animal". I definitely used a more sonorous salutation upon leaving their premises.
