I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
There was no miss communication as *** suggests in regards to our first appointmentThe realtor showed me the text messages made between him and *** confirming the Monday appointmentThis is a flat out lieThe realtor can support me on this as he has the proof and we discussed it in great detailI reached out to *** again due to my concerns about the roofHe was very nice to me on the phone that morning and stated to me it was unsafe for him to go up onto the roof until around noon that day due to the rains the night beforeHe made no mention to me his schedule was full or he was to busyThis date and time was suggested by him, not me I told him I would meet him there at noonWhen he did not show up I called him to inquire if he was still coming and when he said he was not I stated to him I was very disappointed that he has twice not showed up at the scheduled time he was suppose toI was very polite and did not lash out or use any inappropriate language as he suggestsI have a witness, whom was with me waiting for him to show up whom is a very respectable and reputable person in our community who heard the entire conversation and would testify *** is lying about me "lashing out" at him My tenants told me *** showed up to the house at 5:30pm tonight unannounced days after our scheduled appointmentI do not know why he would do this, again very unprofessional to show up to someones house unannounced when its dark out to look at a roofObviously he is avoiding me, because he knows what he did is wrong and he may now be losing business over how unprofessional and rude he was to me The fact that *** hung up the phone on me and told me to find someone else to repair my roof when I have a year warranty from his companyIs ridiculous and extremely unprofessional on so many levelsHe needs to learn how to treat customers respectfully.

I believe this is an unnecessary guarantee/warranty issue
complaint due to miscommunication between my company, the realtor and the
clientAll of the roofing repair arrangements and agreements were made between
my company and the realtorI had confirmed with the
realtor the repairs would
be made on Wednesday at am and not on Monday as the client claimsIt is my
understanding that the home was vacant at the time of the repairsAfter
completing the roof repairs, the only interaction I had with the client was receiving
full paymentWeeks after, the client reached out to me on short notice stating
that the roof where I completed the repairs was still leakingI tried to explain
how I was booked for the day and that I could possibly pass by after my
scheduled appointmentsThe client became frustrated and lashed out with
abusive and inappropriate language towards me
In order to settle this case, I went to the residence in
question today and spoke with the current tenantsI asked what the problem
with the roof was and they stated it was located on the north side of the house
above the garageMeanwhile, all the repairs completed by my company are
located on the south side of the houseThe tenants seem be hearing rain water
splashing on the garage from the upper roof and have trouble sleeping due to
the noiseThis can be solved by installing a rain gutter on the upper roof
above the garageThere were no visual leakage from the roof and I was able to
confirm there were no problems with the repairs I completed
Also, I find it unfair for the client to accuse me of “having
a problem with women”I conduct my business with many clients without any type
of discrimination
Thank you bringing this issue to my attention

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. There was no miss communication as [redacted] suggests in regards to our first appointment. The realtor showed me the text messages made between him and [redacted] confirming the Monday appointment. This is a flat out lie. The realtor can support me on this as he has the proof and we discussed it in great detail. I reached out to [redacted] again due to my concerns about the roof. He was very nice to me on the phone that morning and  stated to me it was unsafe for him to go up onto the roof until around noon that day due to the rains the night before. He made no mention to me his schedule was full or he was to busy. This date and time was suggested by him, not me.  I told him I would meet him there at noon. When he did not show up I called him to inquire if he was still coming and when he said he was not I stated to him I was very disappointed that he has twice not showed up at the scheduled time he was suppose to. I was very polite and did not lash out or use any inappropriate language as he suggests. I have a witness, whom was with me waiting for him to show up whom is a very respectable and  reputable person in our community who heard the entire conversation and would testify [redacted] is lying about me "lashing out" at him.  My tenants told me [redacted] showed up to the house at 5:30pm tonight unannounced 2 days after our scheduled appointment. I do not know why he would do this, again very unprofessional to show up to someones house unannounced when its dark out to look at a roof..... Obviously he is avoiding me, because he knows what he did is wrong and he may now be losing business over how unprofessional and rude he was to me.  The fact that [redacted] hung up the phone on me and told me to find someone else to repair my roof when I have a 2 year warranty from his company. Is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional on so many levels. He needs to learn how to treat customers respectfully.
