Review: I took my truck to get check and they told me the transmission needed to be repaired and that he was going to charge me $1835.00 so I took it to get fix on 6/7/15 a couple months later he told me that the computer needed to be reset but he couldnt do it so they needed to take it to the [redacted] company so they did and I payed them around $2000.00 to reset it. after that the truck wasn't working still so [redacted] took it to her friends auto shop in Sacramento said they were going to help him fix it but 8 months later and they still had the truck. I would call [redacted] and he wouldn't answer and I would go to the auto shop and he was never there. I had payed him what he was going to charge me and I need my truck. One day he called me that the truck was ready but that he did have time to go get it I told him that I would go get it so I went to the address he gave me in Sacramento. I guy told me he had put $3000.00 into it and that he couldn't fix it he did know what was wrong with it. I told him I wasn't going to pay him any of that money and he said ok he would talk to [redacted] because he took the truck in. So I brought the truck but it doesn't run more the 40 miles per hour. So I've talked to [redacted] that I want my money back but he just keeps telling me different things. I've payed him everything and all I want is my money back to get it fixed somewhere else he had it almost 1 year and didn't fix it.Desired Settlement: I would want them to fix it but they had it almost 1 year and he couldn't fix it. So I want my money back.
