Hi, I ordered two moto g6 play wall chargers on 2/1 and they have not been shipped yet (it is 2/14). The company website has no phone number and only an online form and an email address. I sent a message with the online form once and the email address twice but have not received any response. There is no shipping information on the products and I don't know if I will ever receive them.

Refund I want a refund and I want the company to change its practices to become transparent with its product deliveries.
Situation has been resolved. Moto g6 chargers have been shipped after about one month. The communication has been poor throughout and I never knew when I was going to receive the products. All my inquiries to the company were not answered for about 2 weeks and even when they were answered the email header nor subject had the product name or information, making me feel like I was left in the dark. The product itself works well but the wire is way too small so I have to keep my phone very close to the socket. I wish this company would improve its processes and keep customers in the loop throughout the process. Thanks
