I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12581906, with my son Dan on Jan 4th.We called Adaptive Environments and discussed the status of my Stannah stair lift.  We talked to [redacted] the office manager.Adaptive Environments told us that their service technicians now have the training from Stannah Corp to diagnose and service the motor gearbox that froze up and / or burned out on my stair lift. They are now awaiting your contact to tell them to order all necessary part(s) to complete a service repair to my stair lift to return it to fully repaired functioning status.Adaptive Environments Inc also told me that the parts were still under warranty, and that there would be NO costs to me for the parts and service.Please move ahead to repair my Stannah stair lift.  It has been a real aid to keep me functioning in my home, by allowing me easy access to my 2nd story bedroom for 5 years.  Thank you all for your help!
