Hello:We tried to contact [redacted] and left detailed voicemail messages but did not receive any response back.  We started our adverse event process and had our Medical Consultant, Safety Call, attempt to contact [redacted] but they also did not receive any response back.  We do not have any record of any call or email from [redacted] regarding this situation.  We will be issuing a refund check to [redacted] in the amount of $15.98.We do recommend that [redacted] discontinue use of the product and would like to speak with him further regarding his adverse reaction.  We would also like to retrieve the complaint sample if possible.  [redacted] can reach us at ###-###-####.Please let us know if you have any further questions. Cindy B[redacted]Country Life Consumer Affairs
