is too high of a ratingIt only took MONTHS, not a typo folks, months to receive my machineHere I am sitting at MONTHS and I still don't have a computer that will operate my CNC machine, the proper bits, extensions or a straight Y barmonths after ordering a machine, I am still paying people to cut foam for meThom is a hell of a nice guy but his support is horribleHis training is to do what you need without explanation and then says watch some YouTube videosIf he tells you he will do something tomorrow, expect to wait 3-days with excuses why it is not doneHe will tell you to get a specific file from your CAD guys and then need something elseThom will tell you he will call at 10am and when you call him at 12, the phone goes straight to voice mailWhen you talk to him the next day he will say he was waiting for you to callweeks ago I was told he shipped the computer and a Y bar because mine was bent and some extensionsweeks and I still have nothingOf course it is someone else's faultNever in my life have I been so frustrated with a purchaseBuyers remorse? Absolutely! If I thought I would get my money back, I would spend to send this thing backAs of now it is just taking up room in my shopIt does make a nice, bulky table to set things on but I imagine I could get a table to set things on for less than $locally

I found Thomm to be easy to work with, a little slow on the delivery but he set up my computer software online and has given me free support whenever I called

Here I am sitting at 10 MONTHS and I still don't have a computer that will operate my CNC machine, the proper bits, extensions or a straight Y bar. 10 months after ordering a machine, I am still paying people to cut foam for me. Thom is a hell of a nice guy but his support is horrible. His training is to do what you need without explanation and then says watch some YouTube videos. If he tells you he will do something tomorrow, expect to wait 3-4 days with 1000 excuses why it is not done. He will tell you to get a specific file from your CAD guys and then need something else. Thom will tell you he will call at 10am and when you call him at 12, the phone goes straight to voice mail. When you talk to him the next day he will say he was waiting for you to call. 3 weeks ago I was told he shipped the computer and a Y bar because mine was bent and some extensions. 3 weeks and I still have nothing. Of course it is someone else's fault. Never in my life have I been so frustrated with a purchase. Buyers remorse? Absolutely! If I thought I would get my money back, I would spend 500.00 to send this thing back. As of now it is just taking up room in my shop. It does make a nice, bulky table to set things on but I imagine I could get a table to set things on for less than $4000.00 locally.
