ADAR

Complaint[redacted] from ADAR was assigned through our warranty company (Select Home Warranty) to check our refrigerator. He came out to our home on Thurs. 2/25/16. I have numerous issues with how he handled the appt. and I have doubts of his experience and legitimacy as a certified/licensed technician and business owner. I believe that the "service" he provided was not satisfactory and on 3/7/16 I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on the phone and requested a refund of the $45 paid to him. Not only did he refuse to refund my money, he also refused to tell me if he is in fact the owner of ADAR. I could not find any information about this "company" on the internet and his phone number was not listed through the Revdex.com's automated service to request a report on a business. I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on the phone another time on 3/23/16 again trying to determine basic business info. and he refused to tell me who the owner is or any information about number of employees, experience, education, certifications, etc. He claimed this information was "not relevant". I would like help in getting my $45 refunded to me because I feel that Mr. [redacted] did not provide a satisfactory service and following the service call has provided inappropriate customer service by refusing to share his company info. with me. The specific issues I have with the service he provided is 1) he did not provide adequate preparation recommendations for the appt. 2) arrived 2 hrs. earlier than set appt. time 3) upon arrival, stuck his hand in the freezer and said it "seems to be working fine" without looking inside 4) then when I pointed out the frost build up in the freezer (which I told him about on the phone when we scheduled the appt.) he tried to say he could not complete the appt. because the freezer was not thawed out 5) agreed to complete the appt. when I asked him to come back later in the day after it was thawed 6) diagnosed problem without taking anything apart or using any tools 7) did not accurately verify age of refrigeratorDesired SettlementI would like to be refunded the $45 I paid to [redacted] (ADAR) because he performed an unsatisfactory service and provided inappropriate customer service.
