No Way To Treat A Customer of Eight Years
I have been a customer of Adare's Boutique since 11/2/2015...so almost eight (8) years and EVERY order I have placed and received has had absolutely no issue until the dreaded order 22005 ordered on 3/8/23. Two pieces by Heydari were made to order so I understood that those two pieces may take a bit longer...I was even patient when the estimated ship time of two weeks (as stated on the website) passed...so after the last contact received form Adare's on 3/28/23 came and went, I started contacting Adare's on 4/21/23...6 emails and 4 phone calls later (not including the ones I hung up on after being transferred to the horrid voice mail of no return) I still have not been contacted by the infamous Kathleen, who as others have said, is always busy with another client...all I can say is LUCKY client! Now Rachel, who has identified herself as the Receptionist's Manager has promised she would personally walk the message over to Kathleen. You would think this sad, sad story would have taken a turn for the better after this promise, but no...

Please do not laugh when I tell you that on the ABOUT US section of the Adare's Boutique website, these are the words guaranteeing everyone fair access to the customer service that is deserving of all customers regardless of the business:

"Our pledge is to constantly offer the best Customer Service."

What a joke!

I read in Adare's responses to the BBA complainants where the customer has been blamed for the "bullying" of the receptionist, but it is frustration talking not bullying and it isn't the receptionist or the customer's fault, the fault falls squarely on the back of the owner, Kathleen McCoy...it is a public name on LinkedIn so don't redact it!

All want is to part ways with this unscrupulous small business owner by receiving my refund of $294.12 without delay.

 I have received the message that Adare’s Boutique has left with Revdex.com in response to my complaint. No one from Adare’s Boutique EVER gave me a status report on my order nor did they tell me that it was back ordered. I believe that their response was a total fabrication. Every time I called them the person answering the call simply said they could not do anything but take a message. Shame on them for lying about what transpired.  In addition, no email regarding the status of my order was ever received.

The customer was advised via email on 4/10, 4/12, 4,13 and 4/18{see attached email that was sent multiple times} that we were temporarily out of stock of the item that she ordered  and she would be notified via email with the tracking number & shipping confirmation when it shipped.She has...

since barraged the gals who answer our phone with daily phone calls.Unfortunately this has been a consistent pattern with this customer and we are canceling her order and will no longer be accepting any orders from this customer.

I have not received any refund to date to my visa debit card as a Adares claims .They have not replied to any messages except for once on November 24/2017.Also you cannot claim a special order which was cancelled by the manufacturer on November 09/2017 because order was  no longer available.As I specified earlier  boutique does not respond to customers concerns and was well aware order was not being filled . I have been checking my account for past several days until a few minutes ago no refund has been received .Boutique seems to have a history of offending behaviour against customers .The manufacturer is a well known Canadian company and I was in direct contact with their customer service who suggested I seek a refund. Kindly have Adares place a tracking number on their refund which I expect immediately.The owner of this company is well  known for dodging problems /calls and manufacturer has no reason to lie to customers.Boutique should be further investigated.

This complaint is completely without merit.On 4/25/16 [redacted] ordered a Sympli Mimic top.This piece was not in stock. All of our Sympli In Stock pieces are located in one section on our web site entitled "Sympli In Stock"[redacted]This is also noted on...

each Sympli item description in big bold red letters and our Policy Page and all of our Sympli In Stock item are denoted with the letters "IS" next to their SKU number.I have attached copies of all.[redacted] was notified via email on 5/2/16 that this item was not a stock item and we offered to help her select something from our over 3,000 pieces of In Stock Sympli.See attached email.She requested a refund and was issued a immediate refund.

Unfortunately we have not received any messages regarding this order from that was shipped on 7/22.This order was a sale item which are final sales....please refer to our policy page posted on the web site:http://adaresboutique.com/policies-payments/ If the item is in it's original condition...

with all tags attached we will be happy to take it back for a store credit.Thank you!
