Customer had a past due invoice that was never paidWe had to write off to bad debt, therefore, we explained to her that since the invoice had not been paid, she would need to pay the
old bill and whatever that days service call was going to beShe then told me that she did not owe me a
past due bill and would not pay itI then told her to find someone else to do her
service because we could not do service and not get paidShe then became rude and when I hung up to avoid any more conflictShe continued to call our office over times at which time,
I contacted our Phone Provider and had her number blockedI spoke to her husband and he told me that he understand the situation and apologized for her behavior.
I will not put my employees through verbal abuse and harassment by customersWe will not do service for this customer

I believe I am being charged for another tenants water bill from the previous month before signing my leaseI was issued a "past due balance" though I never received a billBut, I should not even be responsible for somebody else's bill in the first placeAnyways, I have tried contacting Whitewater College Rentals numerous times (calls, emails) for about a month now and they have been ignoring meI know this because I sent the messages to an email address that they have responded from beforeThey have also called my roommate about a different issue (after I called an left them a voicemail)This says to me that they are avoiding responsibilityVERY unprofessional

Our office was contacted by the customer stating that she had removed parts of her unit and wanted us to come out and fix it plus show her where the filter was located for her system. This equipment was installed for a Contractor and had been installed for several months prior to the customer...

purchasing the home (at which time, we were never contacted that the home had been sold to anyone). Our 1 year labor warranty is for installation malfunctions and starts when the unit is installed for the customer. Therefore, the unit was out of the labor warranty. The customer was told that the charge of $75.00 was for our technician to arrive on scene and diagnosis the issue and any additional charges would be at a flat rate schedule. The customer agreed to the charges and a tech was sent to do the service call. When the tech finished the service call, the customer refused to pay for the service call and said she was going to call the contractor of whom she purchased the home and make him pay the service call. We have not received payment for this service call and are still awaiting payment. We understand that the customer may be upset but we are not responsible for driving by and making sure when a house is sold that the customer knows the ins & outs of the system. All installation manuals, warranty paperwork and equipment information is given to the original customer or is left inside the equipment for reference and is therefore their responsibility to turn over to the new homeowner.
