If I could give them no stars I wouldAfter falling for their scam of getting me on the first page of the google search engine & forking over my hard earned money, I was told not once, but twice that I would be receiving a follow up email with questions to answer that they needed to work on building my SEO for my websiteAfter nearly weeks with no email I contacted them demanding a refund
The first representative asked who my account manager was after I informed him that I would like my account refunded and canceledI said “I don’t know, I haven’t received a single email with any information” When I opened an account with Adcom8, I was told not once, but twice that I would be sent a follow up email with my account status and follow up questions to answer
My account manager *** immediately comes on the line and says “Funny you just called I’m working on your account right now”Which I replied in a not so nice way was complete bull***She began giving me a huge song and dance that they must have had my email address wrong…which I find alarming being that they are paid to build my SEO on my website that HAS my email address on it
I demanded a refund againI was told that she couldn’t give me oneShe proceeded to lie through her teeth to me that she has been working on my accountI find it very strange that I was told I would be receiving an email with follow up questionsIf I haven’t sent back the follow up email when they claim they sent it to the wrong address, why after over weeks did they not check up to see what was wrong? What work are they doing without the follow up emails completed?
I was then transferred to a supervisor who tried to trick me into just canceling my account and avoided the refund issueHe sent me back to *** when I told him that wasn’t going to fly that I know the cancelation policy and if I agree to just canceling I wouldn’t get my refund*** continued to try and save the account with a plethora of empty statementsShe insisted that she had been working on my account but failed to give me a single example of what she did*** then tried to blame someone else for the email never getting to me, but failed to have an answer when confronted with the email being on my website she was supposedly working onShe also failed to answer if she had been working on my account how she didn’t realize I never responded to the emails they supposedly sent meHad she actually been working on my account, she would have noticed weeks ago that their emails were not getting answered
This company is a fraudIf you sift through the reviews on line you will see this exact scenario over and over again, but buried within a bunch of obviously fake reviewsNo company gets only and star reviewsCompanies receive stars as well for good work and for mediocre
The biggest LOL moment; my account manager then sends me a copy of all the work she had been doing....for whatever reason they had my old website from when I was in school over years ago which has been offline for the last yearsWTF? I don't even own that domain anymoreSo, not only can't they get an email correct, follow through with clients, when they try to send you proof of work they even mess that up

A refund was issued to the client's account ending in 7067 on 06/07/2016. Please check attach for verification. Customer needs to wait 3-5 business days depending on the issuers bank.

Adcom8 is by far the most professional marketing company that I have ever been in business with. Miles took the time to explain to me what my business needed to prosper as far as marketing. He showed me where my downfalls were and he gave me exactly what he promised. My business is flourishing now because of Adcom8.
