[redacted] purchased advertising space on our Welcome Center kiosk for [redacted]'s Insurance. He is the only insurance agent/office featured on our product. Adcorp gives the courtesy of exclusivity to all of our customers. On our Welcome Center program, once a sale is made, all appointments with similar businesses are cancelled. Our products do not showcase ads from the same industry. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens in the store or the plaza. We have addressed every issue or concern under our control in regards to [redacted]'s exclusivity complaint. The Welcome Centers are maintained based on a specific schedule. In addition to these routine visits, if a customer calls with a concern we address it immediately. We have records of [redacted]'s phone calls and our response dates, none of which are more than 72 hours after. In addition to an extension we offered [redacted] an art change. An art change could have spotlighted another aspect of his business after the Covered [redacted] enrollment was over. He refused. [redacted]'s ad has already run it's full six month contracted term however we are still willing to work something out with him. Customer satisfaction is of great importance to us.
