We have contacted the customer and cleaned up the sealer on his sidewalk on 8/30. Issue has been resolved.
I contracted with Add-a-Curb on 4-30-12 for landscape edging. Mr. [redacted] was the salesman. I told him I would call when the HOA approved this project. I gave Mr. [redacted] a deposit of $100.00 for this project. In June I called add-a-curb to let them know the HOA approved the request. In July I called to remind them of this job and if they were not going to honor the contract to return my deposit. Mr. [redacted] came the next week, told me he had deposited my check, looked over the site, said it was too hot and access was difficult but would do the job in Sept. I called him in Sept. to remind him and he said he would do the job on a Saturday in Sept. In Oct. I called him and told him to refund my deposit. I have not heard from him since. My husband called and left a message on Oct. 29 that if he did not refund our deposit we would contact the Revdex.com and file a complaint and take legal action. We have not heard from him and it is Nov. 5,2012.
