I received a call the first week of September from a salesman saying that other people in my organization had ordered key tags #*** I was looking for client gifts at this time so decided to order I had a call a few days later from another person regarding the engraving and unfortunately paid by *** months later I have not received the item and no one will return emails or repeated calls to find out about the order*** ***
