For starters David was on time for an appointment to a very large home I own, his price was in the middle of the ball park, but, what I appreciated was he went into detail what his services could do to improve my home, and he went over my expectations! He informed me what the white chalking color on my windows were from and told me he would not only remove it but preform maintenance to prevent it from coming back, I was shocked they looked like they were just installed, also he repaired 15 windows where the ropes had broken and they are working great, I have used David since 2009 and will continue to use his services for all my gutter cleaning, pressure cleaning or window cleaning, I highly recommend David, professional, friendly and does quality work!
