We have the paper stating they would be out Thursday but when my husband called dispatch Thursday, **, did not have an appointment scheduled and told my husband he had to locate the part. He would call back. We received s call back Friday morning at 7 am. Someone did com out Friday afternoon. After he replaced the part he left without making sure the heat worked. My husband called dispatch Friday night , the same day. ** told him he would call back after his guys finished a job  We got a call Saturday stating because it was now the weekend the service fee was $200. My husband never called the tech directly, we don't have his number. Since we have 2 young kids and I have asthma I feel that we were taken advantage of. If you want it fixed correctly, which they didn't do the first time than you have no other option than pay $200. Very dissappointing customer service. ** called us Monday at 2:30 after us waiting since Friday night. We contacted someone  else who fixed the heat , which ended up just being air in the pipes. Why would the tech from addarios not try this?  We had to pay another service fee because we had to go to another company for heat. Do you think this is a fair way to do business?

T Regarding the Heat-Pump HVAC replacement, we’ve contacted the condo association numerous times with no responses. We send out an Install Supervisor to look at the job prior to all installations, because of issues like we found with the existing system having an outdated refrigeration line size. We...

offered some remedies to this antiquated system and again we’ve had no response from the condo association to see if these ideas can work within their guidelines. We have been in touch with the [redacted]’s explaining that we were trying see if any alternate equipment would work and we even sent out another one of our employees to check another avenue we diagnosed but that didn’t go anywhere. At no time did we tell the [redacted]’s we wouldn’t refund them. At Addario’s we aim to serve our customers and if that got confused with trying to come up with a solution for them we deeply apologize.  Also customer did not give us a $4200.00 deposit it was only $3947.00

No where on the contract does it state rebates.No where on the contract does it state customer is eligible for 0% loan.There is no $2000.00 rebate offer from any utility company or manufacturer.10 "Business Days" is November 15th and technically it the 16th as today is not a business day.Customer...

recorded a call without both parties consent which is a felony in the state of Mass.

I would like to add though just for the record that a call was never placed the morning of the appointment and that is was not clear that it was a visual inspection only. I also already advised that I did not want the CO detector as I was pursuing a refund therefore I am more than willing to return the unit, it can be picked up from the same location it was dropped off. Please notify me of when to place unit outside for pick up.

I'm rejecting this response from Addario's Plumming Heating company for the following reasons:Before I began to deal with Addario's Plumbing Heating, Cooling, & Electrical 's company, I mentioned and emphasized numerous times my term and only verbally and via email condition (the existing lines should work with the new equipment) for us to continue do business. They disregarded my conditions and said it will work blindly. When I emphasized I needed it to be double checked, they sent out their "Install Supervisor" to look at the job and said it will not work. Addario's Plumbing Heating claims to have contacted the condo association, and received no response from them. I brought this matter up to the Condo Association, and they said they haven't received/heard anything from the company. In addition, I emphasized my terms to Addario's Plumbing Heating as shown in the emails below. I don't see why we need to exercise these extra steps when my terms were clear from the start. Being a resident in this complex for 6 years plus, I know how restricting their rules and regulations are so there is no need for all these run arounds. It is true that Addario's Plumbing never told me he wouldn't return my deposit check back, however it's been since October as shown in the emails and I still haven't heard from the company. My wife has made several phone calls in November, and technical support assured her we will escalate this matter to his supervisor and we’ll be hearing back from the Supervisor BUT unfortunately, we haven't heard anything yet.Addario's Plumbing claims to aim to serve their customers, and so far this has been none the less of a journey to simply get a Deposit Check back.I'm beyond aggravated with their customer support, and don't see why they would even think I'd do business with them if this is how they treat their customers!

We have send refund paperwork to the customer as soon as we receive it back a bull refund of 3947.00 will be issued.

This was an unfortunate misunderstanding the the customers check has been returned to them via registered mail.

In response to Mr. [redacted]'s  complaint , he has retained an attorney who sent a demand for settlement directly to us.  As such, we have referred his demand for settlement to our attorney for resolution to avoid any conflicts between us and him.

I will have our lawyer reach out to the customer today.  She did not cancel the job within  3 business days, they put a stop payment on the check.  I called and left several messages with no return call.  The only call I got was after my lawyer sent out the letter.

This is not true. I told them I just wanted a quote and I said I will give you a check and after I get a final quote and it's acceptable you can then cash the check and we would move forward. You never called me. Also send me the copy of the quote and you will see it says do not deposit check until Customet calls. On sept 25 I had two different quotes from you office with 2 separate dollars amounts. You were 6,000 more than majic air. I will pay this then I will log onto mass .gov and make another complaint to the liscening board of plumbers. To charge some one 1360 for a qoute is not fair business practice.  How many others have you done this to and go away with it. Regards,

You already have all this, but I have attached a copy of the contract that shows the rebate of 2000 and shows the interest only loan payments.  I would have never agreed to anything else. I have also attached a copy of my notice to cancel the contract which was sent over within 24 hours to you.  No work has ever been done in my home. Period...that should be the end of the matter.  why wont you refund our deposit that was issued based on false information.  it is beyond doing the right thing and how you should treat people.  I also called several times and spoke to [redacted], [redacted] and others in the office that told me no problem I would get a refund right away.  I told you when you came out to my home I had canceled the contract.  At the same time you told me about the additional chimney liner and hot water tank that was needed that was NOT included in the contract on top of all the misinformation your rep provided. I never signed anything further agreeing to anything - period- and the contact was dated 10/31 and I canceled on 11/1.

On September 1st we received a call to schedule a Triple Play which is a Visual inspection.  It was very clear when booking this appointment that it was a visual inspection.  We then booked the appointment for 9/3/15.  We called that morning explaining we would be on site between...

3-5PM.  According to our GPS we where on site longer then 5-10 mins.  Our Plumber did a visual inspection of all piping in both bathrooms and kitchen also check piping in basement.  Addario, Inc. does not give free estimates on repairs only on new installations.    When we received  the call from [redacted] we did explain to her that we need to check with the plumber and review the paperwork.  The last time we spoke to [redacted] I told her the plumber would be in in the morning and to give me 1 more day and she agreed, but this didn't happen.  As far as the CO goes if was just an over site that the plumber did not leave it but was dropped off the next day.  [redacted] signed the work order and gave us credit card information.  The credit card was not run so she did not pay for the service.  At this point we are looking for the CO detector to be returned as it was not paid for.
