I am rejecting this response because:They have been promising to send the items for the last two monthsIt is easy to tell me to just keep waiting, but that does not remedy the fact that I spent over $19,and dont have my product over months later.I will be satisfied, when the products ship and I am given a tracking number.Until then this complaint is unresolved

I am rejecting this response because: This is not what the website said at the time that I ordered from nucleo Your website posted that there were delays from the mint at the time I purchased the PMs I bought from nucleo, which was from a another person not a mintRegardless it has been over a month and a half since I requested the product draw I requested the draw on 3/18/and today is 5/7/and product has not shipped and I still have yet to receive a confirmation of when it will be shipped.

I am rejecting this response because: The vendor has advised a shipping delay for weeks. They have charged my credit card for a product that
they are still selling on their website. They state a delay due to: " Please note that we are experiencing operational delays related to a recent change/relocation of our distribution and product processing facilitiesPlease anticipate possible fulfillment delays" They advised me earlier the delay was to weeks. If they have the product I ordered why don't they ship it? If they don't have it why did they charge me for it weeks ago? Why are they still advertising it and why are they not providing notice that they are delaying orders for 9-weeks?I have waited weeks - I want them to provide the product they are still selling on their website.
