Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This does not explain why after months they are unable to ship the product I paid for long agoIt does not resolve anything, it does not give any timeframe of when I can expect them to ship the productIt is a canned non-responseIf they are unable to complete the transaction they need to refund my moneyThey still have thousands of dollars of my money and they can not even give the courtesy of a response of when I can realistically expect them to honor the purchase" We already have your money, we refuse to refund it and we will get to you whenever we please." Horrible, irresponsible service!! No one would reasonably expect it to take this long! I demand immediate action, either fulfill their obligation, or refund my money! Their response make worry even more that they have no intention of doing either Regards, [redacted] ***

RevDex.com:The company has allowed me to withdraw my money and now I am waiting for a check. This can take some time.... I also hope that the check is good. I also have another order that needs to be processed and what I want to know is if they don't perform on that transaction can I open another complaint?Lastly I would have preferred to have worked with the company and not have had to involve the BBB, but they were not responding.Thank you BBB! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is the similar to the response that I received on 4/14/This type of generic and vague response stating a delay of an undetermined amount of time is unprofessional and unacceptable when a company is holding onto thousands of dollarsof someones hard-earned moneyI have been waiting for months without any indication as to when my order will ship.As I stated before I do not believe this is a reasonable amount of time to wait for my order to be fulfilled and this is why.As stated in in the bullion direct terms of service: Delivery to Customer or on Customer's Behalf.Upon receipt of good funds or other acceptable consideration from Customer or on Customer's behalf in full payment for the purchase ofProducts, BullionDirect shall, as agreed, deliver the Products; (i)to Customer, or (ii) to Customer's appointed agent or designeeUpon receipt of good funds or other acceptable consideration from Customer, BullionDirect shall make delivery within twenty-eight (28)days, or such lesser period as required by law, all of the Products purchasedIn no event will Customer be entitled to delivery until BullionDirect has received good funds from Customer for all amounts,including all surcharges and fees, then associated with Customer's account.I received this statement in the response from Bullion Direct customer service on 4/14/stating:“We sincerely apologizeMost orders ship within a few business days of the release date, however, we areexperiencing delays.” With a company that normally ships orders in a few days it not unrealisticto believe that the delay that they stated on the website would mean that my order would not ship in a few days but would be shippingcloser to the day mark as stated in their terms of serviceAfter making payment in full for the goods that I ordered, I have patientlywaited beyond that time frameAt this time if the company is not able to ship the advertised goods that I purchased and uphold theterms of service I respectfully request that my payment be refunded in fullRegards,*** [redacted]
