Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The business only listed some of the repairs it had made and failed to respond to my complaint in whole; it did not address my complaint in any form or fashion.  Nor did the business make mention of the fact that it caused a problem to the driver side window and door. In addition it did not addressed the multiple failed repair attempts. The business has not made a good faith effort to resolve my complaint.
