Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The company accepted our keys and FOB's when we returned them to the office and nothing was said to us about needing to pay any more than we already haveThat alone was acceptance of termination of contractI asked specifically while we we signing the contact if there was anything we needed to do and we weren't informed and rushed to sign the contactNot only did they misinform us, but now they're trying to charge after blatantly stating we had no further actions to take before vacating the apartment Sincerely, [redacted]

Unfortunately, turning in keys to the apartment home does not negate the requirements of the lease contractPer the lease contract that *** *** signed electronically on 5/10/16, page paragraph "Lease Term" states "this lease contract will automatically renew month-to-month unless either party gives at least days written notice of termination or intent to move-out as required by paragraph 37." Page paragraph "Move-Out Notice" states "before moving out, you must give us advance written move-out notice as provided below and in accordance with paragraph Oral move-out notice will not be accepted and will not terminate your Lease ContractIf you vacate the premises without giving notice in compliance with this paragraph, you shall be liable for and agree to pay us for the number of days required in paragraph 3." In this case, *** *** and the other leaseholders failed to provide us with a day written notice to vacate as per the signed lease agreement so the proper fees were chargedAddison at Cherry Creek enforces the lease contract that all parties signed and will not removed the fees

because: The company  accepted our keys and FOB's when we returned them to the office and nothing was said to us about needing to pay any more than we already have. That alone was acceptance of termination of contract. I asked specifically while we we signing the contact if there was anything we needed to do and we weren't informed and rushed to sign the contact. Not only did they misinform us, but now they're trying to charge after blatantly stating we had no further actions to take before vacating the apartment.
