Yes I moved out November first with the apartment in perfect condition & still haven’t received my deposit check. I have a video of the conditions I left the unit in as well as a office worker confirmed I have a check coming. I’ve been gone almost four months. The unit address is 5714 port Irving drive apartment B

I moved out of that apartment complex November first & have yet to receive my deposit. The apartment was in great condition and the office assured my I have 570.00 coming but it’s yet to be sent out.

The apartments require a move in check list, which I filled out in October and have yet to receive repairs.
My windows do not stay open, so I cannot open my windows for ventilation. I tried to open my window last night and the window fell inward, on my head.

The kitchen sink leaks STILL, and has caused water damage to my laptop.

Yesterday my air unit stopped blowing cold air. I tried to call the office, in which their number is disconnected. ( in may I had a maintenance issue, and called the office number, which was disconnected then also. There was a sign on the door with a number for emergencies, due to technical difficulties.)
I called the same number for maintenance last night and got no response. I went into the office today and the leasing agent gave me YET ANOTHER phone number.

I have asthma as well as a small child in my care temporarily with the same issues. I was told air conditioning is not a necessity, but no one will fix the windows. Im at a loss here. Please help me

I am 13 weeks pregnant and in bed rest, I called my apartment office to let them know my ac is not working properly and here we are 2 weeks later and they have not came to fix it. I called today and they advised me to be patient they only have 4 maintenance workers, I asked if they would be patient with me if I didn't pay my rent and they put me on hold for 25 minutes. I was also dealing with mice for 3 months before they resolved the issue. These apartments need to be inspected by the state!
