I am Jeff Howard, the owner of ARCpoint Labs of Salem.   I believe Mrs. [redacted] is mistaken that I do not care about her service experience with my company.   I do care very much in fact.I just completed a meeting with both [redacted], Lab Technician and [redacted], Client...

Services Manager.   To be clear, it is Ms. [redacted]'s responsibility to manage the Client Services experience, and that is the reason I directed her to manage this case.Ms. [redacted] was informed that our lab does not bill insurance carriers for testing.  She was also informed of the price of the tests she required, including our blood draw fee.   So I am confused as to why this was included in her complaint.She arrived at our office at 5:15PM - a time after her physician office's normal business hours.   We had two questions about the test her physician order - as the spelling was not an exact match on the [redacted] requisition form.   Since the physician office was closed, we phoned [redacted] and after an extensive amount of time on the phone, was told what test panels most closely match their test panel.   We choose those and submitted the specimens for processing.   My staff stayed until well after our normal closing time of 5:30 - so as an owner I have paid additional overtime labor to try and satisfy Ms. [redacted]'s requirements.Ms. [redacted] received the results for 3 of the 5 tests ordered by her physician.   And based on past experience we have had with other satisfied clients, she paid considerably less for these tests than what she would have paid via other suppliers.During our staff meeting today we resolved that in retrospect, we should have held her samples until the next day - when we would have had the opportunity to phone her physician's office for clarification on the tests needed.   So despite that fact that Ms. [redacted] has received some results, we will provide a 100% refund to her as a gesture of good faith and as our apology for the time and frustration she has experienced.We will provide a check and will send this to her home address - but she will have to provide this information.   If this is an acceptable settlement for Ms. [redacted], and she would be willing to remove this compliant from our Revdex.com record, then please confirm. Regards, Jeff Howard
