At this time, I have been contacted directly by Addison Slope Products, LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I received an e-mail from "The Lowbox Team" on May **, They apologized for the delay and stated they would ship a portion of the order the following day by Priority box I responded to them, "We ordered the items elsewherePlease refund our payment of $265.17." I have not received any further correspondence from them I forwarded the e-mail to Madelyn Murray on May **, In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I received an e-mail from "The Lowbox Team" on May **, 2017. They apologized for the delay and...
stated they would ship a portion of the order the following day by Priority box. I responded to them, "We ordered the items elsewhere. Please refund our payment of $265.17." I have not received any further correspondence from them. I forwarded the e-mail to Madelyn Murray on May **, 2017.

I ordered the Lowboz product from Addison Slope Products, LLC on October 13, 2017. My charge card was debited for $48.10. As of December 26, 2017 I have not received my Lowboz. I recommend ordering the Lowboz product from Amazon.Com. I wish I would have. I hate getting ripped off. Do Not Use Addison Slope Products, LLC.
Review: I ordered a product of 3 sets of Lowboz chair protectors on September *, 2014 and my credit card was charged that day. I have since emailed and called the company many times and have not heard back from anyone and they never sent any product to me.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send me the product that I ordered and paid for. Review: I placed an order Low-Boz chair silencers (enough for four chairs, set of
16, 4/chair) on or about Jan. **, 2015. It was an on-line order, & it said to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. I have made several phone calls to their customer service number, only to reach a recording on which I left several messages on, but never received any return calls. Sent an e-mail on 03/** in regards to my order & their response was, "They were having a color lot problem, but assured me they would be shipped by the end of the week." On 03/**, still no product, so I sent another e-mail requesting my product. Again, they responded, "It would be shipped this week." On 03/**, still no product. My credit card has been billed for the product back in February. Again, I sent them an e-mail requesting they either produce the items I ordered or refund my credit card and cancel my
order !!!!!Desired Settlement: The product or credit card refund.

Review: Never received the product. No emails answered and only get an answering machine when you call. No one returns your calls.Desired Settlement: Thank you and hope that you can put a stop to this company stealing innocent peoples money on the internet.
