July 6, 2016: Mountain Aire motor home parked in front of office. Did not know anything about what to do to it until few days laterJuly 8, 2:pm: *** comes to shop. Learned *** purchased the motor home from *** ***. *** took it here and would pay

Also need hose from gas filler tube / fuel filler neck Called various vendors, or went to vendors with part, such as: *** Manufacturing

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I have attached our response for the charges. The Invoice states what the charges are for, yet *** has come up with his own breakdown of charges. Note the breakdown of the $reflects tax included(NYS Inspection is tax exempt)

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This is the first communication I have received from BKG since my response on 8/18/2016. Please advise BKG that I will be ready to work out a settlement with them once I have the final bill from the mechanics fixing their mistakes: (1) The gas tank leak was not properly repaired and still needed work. (2) Please inform them that the bill with [redacted] does concern me. (3) Clearly by their original bill, I was billed $75 to fix lights and check air conditioning. All the major light and electrical systems were functioning when the motor home was delivered to BKG. Not only was the battery dead when the home was picked up at BKG, but the signal lights and brake lights no longer worked, and some upper exterior lights were on full time. The home now needed to be jumped every time the engine was turned off. (4) The tires were ok'ed and ordered July 13, but we couldn't get the motor home until August 13. Why the 4-6 week delay to fix this home? Replacing tires usually takes only 1-2 days! How could it pass inspection if all the lights no longer worked and the gas tank still leaked? What responsibility does BKG take for ruining our summer plans to travel with the motorhome? Why has BKG not apologized for the foul mouth and rude behavior of its mechanic? Why did he throw the pipe at our feet and swear when we wanted to look at the tires? Why did he become almost violent when I asked for a copy of the credit card receipt?  Why was I billed for checking the A/C when no work was done and it took Firestone less than 10 minutes to diagnose the problem? What about the scratch on the door? The dent in front of the door? The dirt inside the interior where the upholstery was just redone and new carpeting was installed? Why was I charged a waste tire fee for 7 tires when I took one with me? Once again, I am willing to work with BKG once I receive a final bill from the mechanics that presently are working on the home. Therefore, at this time, it is necessary to continue the claim, but I am hoping for the final bill and resolution in the near future.
