In regards to this complaint, we will credit the overlooking fee of $10.83. Please be advised that all payments are due on the 1t, a $10.00 late fee applies on the 6th and a overlooking fee of $10 plus tax. This fees will be changing affected March 1,...
2014. Please refer to the letter we sent out about a month ago to see the changes. If you need a copy please call the office I regards to the changes.
