I cancelled my car service with Addus on 2/17/2017 see letter mailed/faxed. Addus is fraudulently continuing to bill me, and I have received another statement for $752.50 which is erroneous in all aspects and I do not owe this amount after cancel of car services in February 2017. Addus has never responded in writing per my request and have just ignored my requests in their entirety.
