addy's cupboard

I submitted an order on merchants website for $85.49 January 13th and haven't received the products that were ordered. I've made several attempts to reach the merchant through email, Instagram direct messaging and also text. After many failed attempts in reaching the merchant I finally received a response on February 3rd saying that they'd look into the matter and would correct the issue with 24 hrs. Needless to say, an entire week went by without any further correspondence from Addy's Cupboard. Sine this time, I've sent several messages requesting a full refund for the order amount and still haven't received any communication from this merchant.
