ADE Home Inspections

Review: Worst customer service ever!!! This person is a sham!. DO NOT USE....YOU WILL BE SORRY. What kind of "engineer" does an hour "inspection" and only provides a 3 sentence inspection report. Then when you call states that its not his job to educate you on engineering. And if you want to pay more then he can right a better report. CALLS THE CUSTOMER AN IT...HANGS UP PHONE...Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my fee. I was not satisfied with his services.

I am currently living in [redacted], Ga. However I am purchasing a home in [redacted] MD and hired [redacted] of ADE to do a structural engineering report on that home. He was rude, called me stupid, and hung up on me when I asked for clarification/pictures of the 3 sentence report that he submitted late to me.
