The associate, *** ***r, came into the Adecco On-Site office to update their physical address and banking information, in doing so the associate needed to electronically fill out forms that were sent to their
email address on record. In the mean time the associate's email address was changed and they did not receive the forms to be filled out. After updating the new information the forms were once again sent out for the associate to update. While all of the information was being updated Adecco processed and sent out the associate's pay to the previous bank account because the new account had not yet been set up. This pay check was sent back because the old account had been closed and a paper check was mailed to the address on record which was the former address. The associate notified the Adecco office that they had not received their pay, an investigation was conducted that found out the above information. The On-Site office asked if the mail to the former address was still accessible and the associated stated that they updated the US Postal service with a change of address and to have all mail forwarded to the new address. This once again caused the associate's pay check to be sent back to Adecco. Adecco's payroll department was then contacted and a paper check was written out and sent to the associate's current/correct mailing address. Through the US Postal service this check was received by the following Saturday. Since this has occurred the associate has received all pay due to the associate
