Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted]

I signed up with Adecco in Tucson and found that they had a lack of integrity and professionalism They failed to provide information for the job I applied for, made disparaging remarks about competitors, attempted to poach employers from competition, and failed to provide information about what they needed in order to get paid in a timely manner

This gentleman came in wanted the "best marijuana" ounce we had for $250.  $250 is no where near what the best ounce would cost so he settled for 28 pre-rolled joints at 1 gram a piece instead.  Why someone looking for the best ounce he could get would limit his budget to $250 is beyond...

me.  One can't even go the illegal black market and get an ounce for $250.  Secondly, why would this self-proclaimed marijuana connoisseur by pre-rolled joints instead of flower.  He contacted us via email and I reached out to him withing minutes.  I asked for information pertaining to his transactions and offered to do whatever he would like to resolve the issue.  He continued to berate me and call me a scammer, and a thief.  I stated that if he could not find an amenable solution, that I didn't know what to do.  He grew more belligerent at which time I began to be concerned about his mental stability and the safety of our staff so I informed him that he was banned.  The safety of our personnel is paramount and we will not be spoken to in a threatening manner nor will we be verbally assaulted when trying to resolve an issue.  Everyone knows that you can't satisfy every single customer.  We have put over 60,000 customers through our store in the last 7 months with no complaints whatsoever.  It's interesting that the first complainant refused any attempt to resolve it, threatened to ruin us and expose us to the media and contact the Revdex.com, used disparaging comments to refer to myself and my store and then continued to reference drug dealers.  This smacks of an attempt at extortion.  Tedd [redacted]

Review: The company withheld my W-2.April of 2015- Uses their online service to withdraw my W-2 but I was unable to. I kept receiving an error message saying that they had the incorrect SSN. I contacted the branch in Oxnard, CA and they informed me that a past Adecco employee had imputed the incorrect SSN and that they were going to correct it and that I should be receiving the new on in the mail soon. I filed an extension with the IRS to file my taxes later pending my W-2.March 2015- No W-2. Contacted the branch and again they said that they had emailed corporate to fix this issue and that I should be receiving it soon.June-Oct- I was off the radar because I was on Maternity/medical leave. October 5, 2015- Contacted the branch and asked for my W-2, AGAIN. I stressed that I was closing escrow on the 9th and that I was in desperate need of it. AGAIN, they said that they had fixed the issue and that they were going to request a digital copy for me from corporate to be emailed to me. AS WELL as sending my original one overnight.October 6-Contacted corporate. they said that the branch had my W-2 and that only they had access to it, however that they had "fixed" my SSN and that it just takes 2 days to process. Contacted branch, " I should be getting it in the mail soon."October-7-Corporate & Branch both said that the document had already been sent.I stressed on the urgency of the matter since I needed to close escrow on the 9th and that I needed my W-2 overnighted to me ASAP.October 8-Called corporate asked to speak to a supervisor, was denied. I spoke to 4 different representatives who all claimed that although they ARE payroll, they do not have access to my W-2. Finally, received an e-mail that the "document was sent to me" no tracking number no anything. Emailed branch finally said that "they have already submitted the request and that corporate has it and that they are not sure why I have not received it already."October 9-Contacted IRS and they do not have record of my W-2. Nothing received.Desired Settlement: I want my W-2 ASAP. I do not wish to be contacted by phone only by email to ensure that I keep all documentation.
