I had Chris from Tyco come out to help hunt down a leak in my shower, they came out the same day (even though they were booked) and didn't try charging some excessive "diagnosis" fee or a fee just to drive to my house They found the problem, quoted how much it would cost to fix and fixed it right there for the agreed upon price I couldn't be happier to have found such a great plumbing company and will use them for all of my future needs
