I would NOT recommend buying hair extensions from Adele Hair!
You don´t want to deal with this Company, believe me! First of all, the hair. It’s not good hair at all (like they promise on their web site (“Premium highest quality”). It tangles ALL the time, its very matte and it’s very dry. I had to take them out after a short while since I couldn’t stand it. The thing is, I have had extensions for the over 10 years so I do recognize bad hair. And this was.
And, when I contacted them- their so called ““We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, with a guaranteed response time of less than 24 hours.” Forget it. I had to remind them after 6 days again since no answer, after 4 days again, just to get an answer. And then, they stopped answering at all. “Funny thing” is that they even admitted in their answer I received (before they stopped answering again) was quote: “We have to admit that wave and curly hair is not soft enough” That is NOT something they mention on their website. And when I questioned that, well they stopped answering. This is how unprofessional this Company is. They obviously did not care that I was not happy with my purchase!
So, if you are looking for high quality hair- you won’t find it here. And you don’t want to deal with a Company that does not care about their customers and are acting so unprofessional in every way.
My advice- search somewhere else if you are looking for good hair extensions and for a serious Company.

You say easy returns but I have been trying to return a hair piece that claims to be real 100% human hair and I can clearly see and smell that it is synthetic hair for 2 weeks only to be told I will only be reimbursed half. Why!?

Worst hair extentions ever! very synthetic fake hair! NEVER AGAIN! 2 weeks and my hair looks like a nest! the worst hair I have ever bought!
