I am rejecting this response because: I specifically asked for the hair to be made thinnerIt was too thick when received and would not stay behind my ears, which is my current styleI don't know where the shop is getting their information, because it is completely wrongI NEVER asked for the hair to be cut shorter, except for my bangs (which is obvious)The ONLY other request was for the hair to be made thinnerThis is not an unusual requestHair often comes more thick than is required to cover troubled areas, and therefore must be thinned in order to look natural - otherwise, it looks like you're wearing a helmet, not hairNot only am I a very dissatisfied customer, who is out an enormous amount of money but now I am dealing with the shop providing you with misleading and inaccurate information.

After leaving our salon on 1/13/16, this client removed the hairpiece herself We did offer to reapply the hairpiece at no change As stated in our last email - custom hairpiece are not refundable, but we would welcome to opportunity to work with the client and her hairpiece to make her happy - even though we have not way of knowing if the hairpiece has been altered after leaving our salon. I have questioned the stylist who did the work and other employees in the salon at the time of her service The client requested changes in the cut at least twice She did not request that the hairpiece be thinned - and this is not even logical since she purchased the hairpiece to make her hair appear fuller.
