Does not work actually burned my face making it peel
$2500.00 payoff

Desired Outcome

. discoloring Peeling burning *** 45/40. $2,500.00 payoff

Tis was a totally mis-leading trial sample for the cost of shipping.
I was away and had not used the product. Then I noticed the pull price charges of $85 and $89.95 on my credit card statement.

There was no return address on the packaging. I called to grovel with the unsympathic customer service and was denied refund for not returning on 14 days-a real surprise. I promptly returned the unopeed package and am still disputing the charges through my credit card company.

They also falsely claimed they were marketed by celebrities?

Shameful
Beware!

Adelina Skin Response • Feb 08, 2019

After reviewing Ms. review, we want to apologize for any confusion. Our customers are sent the full 30-day supply and given a 14-day trial period to decide whether or not our product meets their needs, for only the cost of shipping and handling. After the trial, they are then charged for our exceptional products at the full retail price and enrolled in our subscription-based schedule. We apologize if Ms. did not see our terms and conditions upon placing her order with us but they are and have remained on our website.

It does appear that Ms. has filed a dispute against the charges with her bank which froze her account on our end, disabling us from issuing any refunds to rectify this matter. This is to prevent unintentional fraud by the customer who might then receive a double reimbursement from both us and their financial institution. We have received the products back and would be glad to issue those refunds back into her account if she can drop the dispute with her bank.

Sincerely,
Customer Support

Customer Response • Feb 08, 2019

Am I assured a a full refund for lifting the disputes please?

Pleasant regards

Adelina Skin Response • Feb 18, 2019

Once we can confirm that her dispute is dropped, Ms. will be refunded. Customer satisfaction is our aim so you will be sent a check for the $89.92 and $89.95 charges once we can verify that the dispute has been dropped - therefore, please have your bank give us a call or conference us in a call with your bank to confirm that they have been dropped and then we can send you a refund check for a total reimbursement of $179.87.
As a reminder, our customer support telephone number is: 877-202-7581

Sincerely,
Customer Support

Please call with any further delay of the refund.

What is the status of this dispute please. My adjustments were charged back to my card?

I made a purchase in mid August (shipping and handling charged to my card on 8/16, and then was charged 89.95 and 89.92 on 8/30.
his business has a scam like premise, offering a trial product for 'shipping and handling' only, then charges exorbitant prices to your account. This product was offered in a Facebook feed that gave every indication it was endorsed by a Good Morning America personality (Kelly Rippa, which was now clearly false advertising). It offered a free trial for shipping and handling. No where in this advertisement did I see any wording referencing a 14 day timeline for 'canceling' this so called TRIAL order, or anything about a subscription, nor was there any wording on the invoice - but on 8/29 I was charged $89.95 and 89.92 for each small sample. This company is obviously preying on people with convoluted advertising, and deliberate omission of their intent to charge. As soon as I received my credit card statement I called with the still full bottles of product asking to return them for a refund and I was told not only would they not refund, and that no supervisor was available or would be available to speak with me, but that I was also listed in their subscription program. They were honestly laughing, and told me there was no recourse. How can this be allowed, it appears that under different names that this same scam has been going on for a long time.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund. I would be more than happy to return the full bottles of product, and for them to never again charge my credit card.

To whom it may concern,

After reviewing Ms. complaint we want to apologize for any confusion. The package you received is a full thirty day supply, we do not offer sample sizes. We sent you a full size bottle and allow you to try it for the 14 day trial period to see if you like it, for just the cost of shipping and handling. If you like the product after your trial, you are billed for the actual cost of the product and enrolled in a monthly subscription. The reason we send you a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results. We have cancelled her account with us and so she will not receive any further shipments. We also have processed full refunds for the amounts of $89.95 and $89.92 that occurred on 08/29 and as a company courtesy Ms. does not have to return the products. Confirmation emails regarding the cancellation as well as the refunds have been sent to the email address Ms. provided upon filing her complaint. We hope she is satisfied with our business and we want to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

Sincerely,
Customer Support

IF the company actually refunds the charges, I will accept the response, however I still believe after this many complaints by so many people, and them continuing the same fraudulent practices under different names that action by the attorney general to prevent further fraudulent advertising claims and practices is indicated.

I just wanted the free trial skin cream and I paid shipping and handling. I had a charge of $94.91 on my credit card that I did not authorize.
I ordered the free trial skin cream that I paid the shipping and handling for as instructed. then I noticed that they charged my credit card $94.91 that I did not authorize. I called and was told that this was part of my free trial. I told them I dd not want anymore of their product and wanted a refund. I just received another jar of their skin cream.I was told even if I return it I cannot get my $94.91 back.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund for the $94.91 that I did not authorize for. I want this in the form of a certified check as I cancelled the credit card that they were charging.

Our records indicate that Ms. contacted customer support department on September 13, 2018 to request a refund for the product that she did not like. It was explained to Ms. that we were unable to accept her product as a return for a full refund as she had already opened and used the product. At this time Ms. account was cancelled to avoid any future charges or shipments. Because customer satisfaction is important to us, our customer support department has refunded Ms. in the amount of $94.91 and she is welcome to keep the product as a gift from us. It will take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on to Ms. bank account. We hope she is satisfied with our business and we want to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

I cancelled that bank card that was used to pay for 94.91. I will need a check sent to me

Trying to return, receive refund for unwanted products being sent/charged monthly to my charge card following free trial. Did not want a auto delivery
Online free trial of product. Started receiving monthly delivery. Phone number provided was disconnected. Finally found different contact number. They are only willing to return one month, most recent. I have received 4 unwanted deliveries @ $94.92 per month. They are unopened/unused. My wish is to return and receive refund for all. When I called customer service they first refused any refund. As I persisted, they offered 35% of most recent order, then 50%, then finally 100% of most recent, but refused any refund for previous 90 days. Said they only consider refund within 30 days. Had there been a phone number to call before now that had not been disconnected, I would have been able to get these deliveries stopped sooner and not been out nearly $400.00.

Desired Outcome

I want to return the 4 unopened/unused deliveries for a complete refund and not here or receive anything from this company again.

Ordered 1 free sample, sent that plus 2 more for over $400. unable to return unopened
Around July 8, I saw an advertisement for free (pay only shipping) on my phone. Tried unsuccessfully to order. Received at least 2 calls asking me to complete my order.
I then ordered by phone 1 free sample of Adelina beauty cream. It was a bad connection and it was not clear to me that I was signing up to receive a package every 30 days. Advertisement featured Joy Behar and others from the View TV show. today I googled Whoopi Goldberg - she said it was a scam.
I received my "free" sample in July, then received a second packagein July (no bill or invoice). Today I received by MC bill for $400 for 2 shipments (the free one plus the other). I also received my third shipment today. When I called and told them I did not want any of it, I was told that I could return the shipment I received today for a full refund, but could not get any credit for the first 2 shipments because it was past the 30 day return policy.

Luckily, *** will file the dispute and not charge me.

these 2 shipments had different addresses:
1. Luxe Derma
PO Box 29076
Phoenix, AZ 85038-9074

2. no name
PO Box 692208
Orlando, FL 32869

Address I was given to return merchandise that I received today:
Adelilna
13266 Byrd Drive, Suite 100 #631
Odessa, FL 33556

Hope you can help others who are not as lucky as I am to have a credit card company who will not charge me.

Desired Outcome

no resolution for me, just stop these crooks

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
they are correct that it was a full 30 day supply, not a sample. However, according to *** (9/16/18), they have NOT credited my account the amounts in your memo ($89.95, $89.92, $89.95 and $89.92). The company issued permanent credits for $99.98 on 8/24, $1.99 on 9/2 and $89.95 on 8/19. They also issued a credit for RETURNED merchandise for $92.96 on 9/11. On 9/4 I returned two packages to 2 different addresses, each packaged contained 2 products. Each package should have resulted in a return credit of about $200.
I am not satisfied with the company's response. *** is not making me pay the several hundred dollar bill yet as they have it under review/investigation with the company. However, I am concerned that I may be required to pay.

Thank you for your help.

This business has a scam like premise, offering a trial product for 'shipping and handling' only, then charges exorbitant prices to your account.

Desired Outcome

I have shipped back the products, and I would like the charges refunded. I agreed to pay the shipping and handling to get the so called trial sample, but did NOT agree to the later charges. I also believe this company needs to be held accountable for it's deceptive practices.

Adelina Skin has adjusted charges to my banking account. Revdex.com can consider this complaint closed. Thank you for your followup efforts.

There was an excessive amount taken out of my checking account without my permission which resulted in overdraft fees.
Withdrawals taken out of my account without my permission. Amounts taken out 08/26/18 2 amounts of $89.92 and $89.95 which resulted in two overdrafts of $32.00. I k=now have to close my account to make sure no other amounts will be removed. I initially purchased one product but they charged me for 2 products on August 13 in the amounts of $4.99 and $4.97. This is so misleading for them this company to take upon themselves to take additional amounts out of my account without my permission. Very misleading.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of the total amount taken out of my account includinmg my overdraft fees. I still have the product and it has not been opened and will gladly return this as long as the toal amount of $243.87 is returned to me in a valid cashiers check. Then I want to make sure no one else gets dooped by this company. This is totally ma crooked company in how they scam people.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First of all, my bank should not have to refund this amount to my account and secondly I was charged an additional $64 in addition to the $179.87 out of my account and I still should receive the total amount back from this company and no where in the ad did it mention it was a subscription. I have not opened this product and am willing to send this product back with the full refund of $243.87. My bank should not have had to refund this money. This company is misleading in its promotion of thus product and misleading on what5 they charge. I will send this product back but I want to ensure that I will be refunded the full amount of $243.87. This product has never been opened by me and I will not open it because of the shotty promotion this product does practices for selling it. They have a deceitful way of trying to get people to purchase this product and not disclosing the exact amount of the product. I will make sure that everyone I know will know it too. this is the worst experience I have had ever to get a product under false pretenses. Again I have not opened this product and will mail it back but I want to make sure I get a full refund including the overdraft charges I suffered. This is ridiculous. I hope the Revdex.com makes a note of this company and its deceitful practices.
Thank You

As previously stated, our records show that Ms. was charged $89.92 and $89.95 (a total of $179.87) on August 26, 2018. Ms. did not contact us to a request a refund and instead requested her bank to reverse the charges on her account, which they did. Once we were notified of the reversal done by the bank, Ms. account was cancelled and she did not receive any additional charges. We are unable to refund the two charges on Ms. account due to the fact that they were reversed from her account and if we were to process an additional refund that could result in consumer fraud for a double refund. We are glad Ms. bank was able to reverse the unwanted charges for her and Ms. is welcome to keep the products she received as a gift from us. We hope this resolves Ms. complaint.

Sincerely,
Customer Support

This product was advertised as receiving a free sample as long as shipping is paid. I was billed for cost of product.
I thought I was just signing up for a trial on a product and that all I had to pay was shipping. I was later billed for the cost of the product. When I called to inquire they indicated that I had to send back the trial product in order to be refunded. The advertisement for this product was very misleading.

Desired Outcome

Adjust advertising to be more accurate as to what consumer is actually signing up for. Immediately credit consumer's account upon inquiry.

Purchase free sample of Adelina face cream for $4.95 shipping/handling. Received two products and charged $89.95 each.
On April 10, 2018 I ordered a free Adelina face cream with shipping/handling $4.95. I charged the item to my VISA card. I was unable to use my VISA card the following day, it was denied. I called the VISA number and was told they denied the April 10th charge as they thought it involved fraud and issued a new card. My next billing statement had the charge listed and I called the VISA and they said they would remove the charge while they were doing an investigation. I called KMD in FL and told them I had two items, the face cream and lifting serum and was charged $89.95 for each item. I was told I had expired the 14 day agreement to continue sending the product each month. I knew nothing of this agreement. I remembered there was some difficulty completing my order and they had slipped another product into my order hence the lifting serum. I canceled the agreement. I have tried several times to contact the company, sometimes the line didn't connect, sometime I would talk with the person answering the phone and she would go back to the agreement stating that was their policy. I have spoken with several more people and they said the same thing. I've asked to speak to the manager and they said someone would contact me, but they never did. On another call I would like to talk with someone regarding a complaint and I requested an e-mail confirming our phone conversation and she said she would send an e-mailshe never did. I have sent the products back to the company along with a letter stating my problem and requesting a reimbursement. I believe KMD Skin Cream are a fraudulent company.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of $179.90.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
September 21, 2018
To Whom It May Concern,
*** (***) Statement for April 22 - May 21, 2018 (Exhibit B) charged my VISA for purchases of KMDSKINCREAM ($89.92) and EYESERUM ($89.95). *** had contacted me and ordered a new credit card because they thought the purchase was fraudulent. *** said they would put the $179.87 on hold until they looked into the situation.
*** statement (Exhibit D) for May 22 - June 21, 2018 on 06/20/18 had an ADJ for the EYESERUM for $89.95.
In my prior first note I told you I had returned the products (KMDSKINCREAM & EYESERUM) to the FL address, which was returned to me. I then sent the package to the CO address (signatures required on both mailings) on 9/04/18 and the item was signed by "B UPS." I have tried several times to contact them and have not talked to a person. I left my phone number one of the times but they called back when I was out. Tried several times again and still only the machine telling me they knew no more than was written on the form I received when trackingsigned by "B UPS" (Exhibit A)
On 8/27/18 I received a check (Exhibit B) for $89.92 from (E-Refunds Processing Service) *** Street *** 33755. There was no explanation who it was from and what it was for, maybe reimbursement for the KMDSKINCREAM.
*** statement (Exhibit C) for July 22 - August 21, 2018 on 08/04/18 I was charged BAL ADJ for EYESERUM FOR $89.95. When I called *** they encouraged me to pay it to keep my good credit rating and so I did.
As I said above in my first paragraph I was not reimbursed $179.87 that was put on hold by *** while they looked into the situation. As stated above I received a check for $89.92 with no explanation, but it probably was for the KMDSKINCREAM. I believe we can close out this dispute with a check for $89.95.
Sincerely

maybe that was before our response reached the company and then they paid VISA, who took $89.95 off my bill. So, I am very grateful to your service because I got my $179.90, the total for the 2 items.
Thank you!

I ordered a SAMPLE product of face creme and was advised I would pay ONLY the shipping cost of $4.99. Days later I got at least 6 calls leaving voicemail, "We are ready to ship your order we just need to complete your order" I called the number they left: 855 781 5527 "JOHN" and was immediatey transferred to a man asking me if I wanted to also try the eye creme. I SAID NO. He said well we have already included it and that I would be charged shipping only for that for $4.97. So I said to include that sample also. Tonight I see they have pulled two charges from my checking account; both for $89. I contacted my bank. This was a clear case of bait and switch. The invoice gave a number: 877 202 7581 which gives the hours they are open. The number "John" called from 855 781 5527 is disconnected.

I signed up for the trial offer for skin cream and eye syrum a few weeks ago. On July 30th, there were two transactions on my bank stmt for $89 each.
I signed up for the trial offer for skin cream and eye syrum for $5.95 each a few weeks ago. I found the skin care on People.com site linked to Lara Spencer a famous person. On July 30th, there were two transactions on my bank statment for $89 each.

Desired Outcome

I have called the 800 number and have not gotten through. I have not cancelled by bank card and am trying dispute the charges with my bank.

duplicate charges that they won't refund.
On February 13, 2018 I ordered a skin cream called Adelina. The order number was XXXXXXXX and the offer included trying their Adelina Eye Serum. I was to pay for shipping and after a trial period I would be charged a fee of $89.92 per month. I had 14 days after I received the product to cancel if I was not happy.
The items were delivered to me via USPS on February 20, 2018 from P.O. Box 692208 Orlando Florida, 32869. Their records show I should receive it on February 18, 2018 which was a Sunday and the 19th was a holiday. Due to allergies I tried it a few times and could not use it. ELEVEN days later on March 3, 2018 at 9:36 AM I called to cancel and talked to "Jamille" # *** She gave me the cancellation number of ***
On March 9, 2018 I received my Credit Card statement that showed they charged two shipping fees, one from California, one from Colorado. It also had two large fees, for the California item $89.92, charged by SW Health 8778952042 and one for the Colorado item $89.95, charged by KGW*KGWeyeserum 8669940879. Both show Direct Marketing-Continutiy SUBs CRIPTION. No other information is shown.
I tried handling this through my credit card company and they got them to reverse only one charge $89.95. They are refusing to reverse the one that covers the second charge of $89.92. I called them a couple times the last time on July 25th at 1:19 PM CT and they still have not reversed this fee. I talked to "Devon *** at SW Health and he advised me he was going to have a supervisor call me. Again I waited and no one called.
Please remember I ordered one item, I received one box...from Orlando Florida, and cancelled one order. Please help me get this excess fee of $89.92 reversed or reported to the proper authorities. I'm not sure where to go as they seem to have this scam down to a science.

Desired Outcome

the refund of the second erroneous charge

I want to report this company as a Scam Organization in both St. Petersberg, FL and Odessa FL.(Adelina Skin products co.). I have called about 6 times trying to get my money refunded for skin care products I did not want. They shipped 3 boxes by usps and draied my grocery card account. They took a total of $569 and when I went to buy food, all I had on my card was $100. I realized that something did not seem right. When I looked at the paperwork that came with the boxes they shipped, there is no clear company name or a Return Address on the packing slip. When I call to ask for a correct shipping/return address, they try to give me another sales pitch. They make up many excuses for me not to get any refund. The products are brand new, never opened and in mint condition. They could easily resell the product. I went to the bank to close my account and get a new account number to prevent the embezzlement from my account. It seems that they are determined to keep my money..... even though I said their product has never been used. They simply say everything is too late to do anything about it. They make up sales pitches and tricks. No one at this Adelina Skin wants to do the proper business procedures of refund to preserve the integrety of their company. Total Theft and not to be trusted ever again. The products have not been with me very long and they are just using excuses. I hope the Revdex.com will contact them and let them know their reputation is at stake.

They advertise that their cream is completely a free trial and you only pay $4.95 . They bill you 2 weeks later, 94.00 and 94.00 to your debit card.
This company rooks you in with a sales pitch on the enternet that their 2 creams are free for first time buyers if you pay 4,95 for shipping and handling. They only have permission to charge the 4,95 only. After 2 weeks they charge you 94.00 each for the cream. There is nothing telling you to call within 14 days and cancel your account or you get billed. This is a scam and people need to be aware. I sent the product back and finally got a refund when I told them I was reporting them to the Revdex.com. The people I talked to sounded foreign .

Desired Outcome

Try to shut this scam down as they are praying on innocent people who do not realize they are getting nothing FREE and they will use your card unauthorized.

They are using deceptive practices to get you to buy a sample and then recharge your credit card. I purchased a $4.95 sample then was charged $89.97 twice after specifically telling them I didn't want to sign up. I cancelled it and they charged me anyway. Called and spoke tabout 'supposed? supervisor and he kept insisting I never cancelled within 14 days. Total fraud.
Product_Or_Service: Instantly vivid creak

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I have filed a dispute with my credit card and I would like account credited.
