DO Not retain this guy. Unethical, unprofessional, unprepared, will not return your calls, emails or text. Please go to yellow pages find soneone fresh out if law school. Will charge a retainer, then claim its a flat fee, does not submit statements. Useless piece of st.

I hired atty Dan to handle all my post divorce issues. Personally knew him for over 25 years. Dan agreed to handle everything for a flat fee of 3,500 which I paid in full
During the process I would call, e-mail numerous times asking for motions to be filed
Dan never returns phone calls
Dan never returns e-mails
Dan never even reviewed my case till 20 minutes before we were to appear in court.

Two months into the process Dan requested more money. I gave him an additional 2,000 even though he agreed to take my case for the flat fee of 3,500. Still never filed a motion returned a phone call or an e-mail.

Another month of nothing went by and dan once again requested additional funds this time it was 5,000 or 4,000 cash as her put it.I refused to give him any additional money so he filed to withdraw citing client lawyer breakdown

Dan is rude and unethical. The only thing he is good at is making suggestive comments about the female attorneys in the courthouse, asking for money and bragging about his young office manager/girlfriend who he takes on expensive vacations

I would not recommend him for anything more than a traffic ticket. If you are considering using him please call me and I will show you all the emails of him asking for cash and all my emails to him addressing his lack of attention to my case

Atty Dan A[redacted] in New Haven, Ct is very unprofessional. He accepted our case and wanted a retainer up front which was paid in full. However in approximately 6 months time he did not do one thing for us on a legal basis. He sent one letter to the child's mother. In making several reaches to get in touch with him by phone and email we never heard back. After 3 weeks of continually trying to reach him he mailed us a letter stating he could no longer represent us and left us hanging before a holiday. Our new attorney had done more for us in 6 weeks then Atty A[redacted] had done in 6 months. I would NEVER refer anyone to him.
