I am sorry for the delay in responding. I did find this on my deleted email. Mr*** did call us regarding a returned check. He said it was our bank's fault for misreading the account numbers. I told him I would need proof as in a letter from the bank. He finally did
get that to us and the problem was taken care of and all fees were dropped and the check was re deposited but there was still a problem with the coding. We are working with the bank to remedy the problem I am not sure why we keep having a problem with the coding but we are working on it and he is not held responsible for any fees

I am rejecting this response because:  They asked me to do their banking for them.  What kind of business requires a customer to work out a problem they have with their own bank?  I need a written apology from All South and an assurance that such callous and unprofessional behavior will not be repeated.
