This patient was seen at our facility The address that was collected was incorrect Our billing vendor sent out statements and called the number on the account, no one called billing back, this was sent to our collection vendor and they were unsuccessful in tracing information via
address or phone to correct our records When this was sent to our secondary collection their tracer was able to find a phone number for the patient This is why *** was able to call her where the other two vendors were not able to. The following actions have been taken on this complaint; the address has been corrected, the account will be pulled from ***, it will be reported back to the credit bureau that it was sent in error It usually takes days for the credit bureau to update the files to reflect the error If patient has any questions they should call Adena customer service at *** and we will be happy to assist. We apologize for any inconvenience as this was not our intent
