Adena Montessori

I received my order Jan 21 and after receiving it I found an item damaged, missing material, and missing hardware. I have left several messages because every time a call no one picks up. I have also sent emails like they ask on there voicemail. Very unprofessional and will not be using this company again!

2, 2016. She emailed us have missing parts for her order on Dec 29th, 2016 and we have been resend her successful. And then she emailed us have another missing parts on Jan 4,2017. It has been over 30 days from she received package. So we refused resend any parts. And then she emailed us have another lots of missing parts, we already told her should checked items within 30 days in the first resend email. We are so confused her meaning for this case. But we can resend her missing parts again if she cover the shipping fee. This is our bottom line of this case.Thanks for your help!Best regards,Linda
