Will allow exchange if the customer brings the bike with all the partsThe bike was sold fully built and customer had check the bike before riding off but when the bike was return the following day; the bike was missing the crank arm with pedal on one sideDue to missing parts, an exchange will
not be possible unless the bike is return with its full parts

We will not pay for the repair cost that the customer had taken upon himself before our approvalLike we have said on the previous two response, we can repair or exchange the bike if it is not used to satisfied the customer but can not repair or fix something that the original parts are not present at the time of repairLike we have said many time, in order for us to fix the crank arm, the crank arm has to be presentIf the customer has "lost" the crank arm, then he has to pay for a new crank armWe can have the crank arm installed free of charge as a good will but we will not be giving out a new crank arm without the old crank arm present for us to verify what is wrong with the first crank arm. When the customer return on the second day, we already repair his complaints according to his requirementsWe have satisfied all of his complaints besides the crank arm since he did not bring the original crank arm that the customer claims that has fallen off when he took the bike home

That is not what the owner told me when I brought  the bike back.  First of all, the owner did not let me test ride the bike. Before I bought the bike I asked him if there was a warranty on the bike. He said yes, but refused to give me a warranty in writing  While riding home the crank arm became loose. I brought the bike to his store the next day.  And he said that I have to pay out of my own pocket to have the crank arm installed. Then I asked for an exchange. He said no. He is not an honest businessman.
