Review: Hello and thank you for taking the time out to read this. I initially signed up for the OSHA "GI-10 hour course" and I believe course titled "B-99 boiler repair" in the 3rd week of October with Adept associates [redacted] and [redacted] after 4 failed attempt to attend the class due to mis-management and over crowding of the classrooms and upon my initial request for a refund due to the issue I was placed immediately on Nov ** 2014 which was taught by [redacted] ###-###-#### in which I attend completed and pass the Osha exam all attendants of the class were suppose to receive job placement but that service was never provided nor did I ever receive my 10 hour OSHA GI certification nor my B-99 certification I paid in total $350 in cash and was told that it was to be returned to me by a [redacted] on 12/**/2014 within 2 weeks when I returned for my refund they security personal at the front desk informed me that the company has moved out of there office location and the security guard also informed me that about 40 other people are having the same problem and I discovered the forwarding address given was a clothing factory which leads me to believe that the company was a scam all the phone numbers provided to me of the office and its agents are all disconnected and they havent responded to none of my email

Review: I received a call from this company to come in for a interview for a hotel maintence position , they required a service/registration fee of 125 , after coming in taking the interview [redacted] ( person conducting interview) explains to me that I need another payment of 275 for a osha license , he told me the balance of 275 would be due Tuesday the start day of my training. Not making it clear I missed the first day of my training because he failed to write down the correct schedule for the training , he wrote down the date of the Tuesday 1 week later of the actual training date , I asked for a refund for his mistake and that I didn't have the 275 to pay him , he agreed that it was his mistake but that there was nothing he could do for me because as always his policy as goes "all payments are final" and that whenever I got the 275 I could come in for there services but I do not require any of there services because I have already found another job in the meantime of waiting for my actual training day as stated on my contract of scheduleDesired Settlement: Just a refund

Review: I paid $300 for my [redacted] license which I didn't receive yet going in 5 months now, no job interviews nonthing.....Desired Settlement: Payment!

Review: Adept Management Solutions claims that they can help me find a job, but by law I'am not suppose to pay for my own criminal background check or pay for a 10 hour OSHA Class Blue card.I find that this company is running a con/scam.Desired Settlement: I would like my $125 returned and I do have a receipt.

Review: I contacted this business about 5 weeks ago on [redacted] with the promise that I will be placed at a job site specifically at a hotel for a housekeeping position that are originally applied for. Last week I took a 10 hour class for my OSHA card and once that was completed I was supposed to be placed as of 11/*/14 never was because the business didn't exist. On 11/**/14 I voiced my concerns with the business owners who's running this business and they promised me that I had nothing to worry about and that they will place me at a different location on 11/**/14, this to was an illegitimate business, in fact it was a rundown office space and they were offering the service Adept Management Solutions are claiming to offer. Each week its something new with these guys and I have still yet to be placed after a month. I tried talking with the owners for my full refund and they were so unprofessional and one even got up and walked out while I was talking and told me to take them to court.Desired Settlement: I would like an investigation to be conducted on this particular "business" to figure out wether or not their legit and a full refund of $201 and car fare that I paid them for breaching the contract.
