Ms [redacted] has had her property in our management service for since Oct2011, with not complaintsWe have had two different tenants in this property, the last one since July of As long as Ms [redacted] was living in Canada, we had no problemsWhen she came back the tenant and her did not get alongThere was an incident where the tenants adult son got into Ms [redacted] Casita over the garage and the police were calledThese types of problems are outside of the management jurisdiction, it became a legal problem and actionThis is why Ms [redacted] feels she should be reimbursed for the management fees for this tenant...We disagree in that her rent was always paid on time and we went out of our way to take her rent to her bank and deposit it, so she would not have to loose money with the exchange rate of Canada.As to damage to her property, the tenant was charged for the excess damage to the property(A copy of tenant charges included).Sincerely Adept Western PropertiesGeorge Stauber
