Review: I found this job online it was for hotel receptionist in time square, [redacted] called me and told me we evaluate u once your hired you pay us $80 and you take a training course for fire guard once you complete the course you start working. I set up a interview for monday 7/*/13 @ 1pm, I sat down and asked [redacted] what happened with the evaluation?, he said me and [redacted] reviewed your resume your hired than wrote on a piece of paper 3 different levels I can work, 1st level- you get your fire guard certificate it was $399 2nd level- you get fire guard certificate and cpr it was $599 3rd level- cpr and license it was $799 I was never informed about that the training was gonna cost $399, she told me $80, and when I spoke to [redacted] he said I was hired so I paid him $100 cash. I called tuesday 7/**/13 at 9 am spoke with [redacted] and told her I was misinformed about the money , [redacted] told me $80 never mentioned $399. I asked to speak to the supervisor she put me on hold then hung up, I called back and said I asked for the supervisor she said I am the supervisor. [redacted] said the $80 was a down payment and once I finish the training they send me on job sites and im not guaranted a job its up to the place they send me to. [redacted] told me I was hired and I was paying for training to get my certificate for fire guard and my uniform thats what the $399 was for, and then once I paid $100 [redacted] told me they send me places to get hired. They dont tell you over the phone the total amount. [redacted] told me I had the job, so thats why I paid the $100.Desired Settlement: I want my $100 back or there business closed down, I dont know how they could still be in business if they received a f from the Revdex.com.They have 63 complaints against them.

Review: I had filled out an application for a concierge position & received a phone call for an interview by the company. I was told that there was a required CPR training course, while I hesitated they assured me. "You wouldn't have to pay if you weren't accepted for the job." During the training, the teacher entered put on a dvd and left. Turns out for 45 minutes we were watching the wrong DVD, when the correct DVD was put on. The teacher was sitting down with his hand covering his face falling asleep. The Training was for CPR & AED, but we never learned AED. Also it seemed that anyone could pass, I saw several students mishandling the CPR dummy that could have resulted in serious injury if that were a real situation. These people passed the course and will go into the world assuming CPR to save a life when in reality they can make matters worse.

I Spoke with the rep on several occasion to be more prompt with the allocation of my job location a little more professionally, but sadly I was always sent in to a business that had no idea who was referring me.Desired Settlement: I would like the full amount of my refund returned to me, the business investigated & a warning of the deceptive business practice.

Review: I recently took up an offer for a front desk position that this company advertised and received a call from them asking me for an interview . Upon greeting the interviewer , went by [redacted], I was given the job almost immediately with 80 possible locations to start. This is the first job I went for so I was, and still am very inexperienced in this process, before I had been working for my father and volunteer work. My suspicions arose when they asked me to pay for training for 479 dollars plus 40 dollars for processing but my lack of knowledge of the field of security and my desperation to find a job as quickly as possible clouded my judgement. I payed with credit card and gave them my SS card. After payment I was asked to come back the same day to start CPR training and next day fireguard training(6/**/13). I sat through both 4 hrs classes commuting from my home an additional 2 hrs. Another red flag was raised when I noticed the lack of professionalism demonstrated through these courses and the lack of accreditation after both noticing this on a bus ride home I tried calling back to no avail. After looking up the company online, pages and pages of comments, websites, and complaints as well as a facebook page was dedicated to point out the company previously known as Allianz Security Protection was simply SCAMMING people. (https[redacted], http[redacted], to name two) I noticed only too late that it was my responsibility to get a job making this step with false certifications was useless and completely contrary to want was told to me in the interview and the placement portion of the company's name. The company did not deliver on the position given and were cheating people of the same money I've been cheated of.Their situations are the same as mine and my outcome will undoubtedly end out like theirs. I have already wasted 16hrs(including commute) and feel manipulated and gullible for trusting adequate security(not even a convincing adjective in name to further my case). I have tried contacting them but I was unable to leave a voicemail and the person who gave me the job [redacted] gave most likely gave me a fake phone number.Desired Settlement: I know the my time wasted cannot be properly returned nor do I want them to pay additionally for my time. I want to alleviate this problem as quickly as possible and receive a full refund from them. Also, I want it to be made known to others that what to work there that the adequate security preparation and placement are not a legitimate company.

Review: I have been mislead on placement conditions. There has been extreme inconsistency on explanation. After I approached management about there lies and manipulation of their service, an employment relationship was offered with their agency as a peace offering as a follow up in asking for my refund of $500 plus by [redacted](###-###-####) and [redacted](###-###-####) two individuals that "represented" me in this establishment. I denied this position due to me witnessing the foul way of business this company instructed.

When offered the job I received a phone call stating to come in for an interview for a receptionist position. When I arrived I was interviewed by [redacted] (###-###-####) and then told a different approach. I questioned him on the stability and the truth of this program. I asked him if this was a placement program that I would be sent on a series of interviews as a bartender program, for example, and he replied "NO." After paying and taking training classes for this position, which I was told I would be placed in after my last day of training, I was told otherwise by the head of the company and then denied my money back after I furiously explained what was told to me in the beginning of this process. I have spent train and subway fair as well as the payment for training to now being loss of my funds and denied a refund.

As a finale attempt of coming to a conclusion to rectify my concern regarding my refund, on August **, 2013 approximately 2p.m. in attempt to resolve my issue I again reached out to [redacted] to question my denial of refund as well as explain my situation. He stated to me that he had no control in that part of the office and when arguing the fact of refund he was told I paid for certificates and not a job. I then stated I was never informed of that process and if I can please be transferred to someone who would be able to show me otherwise, he agreed. I then was transferred to [redacted]"HR" and she infromed me that [redacted](manager) said I was suppose to go on interviews for employment which I then stated I was not informed of that I was informed I would be placed in a job immediatley after training in words of [redacted]. During the conversation [redacted] held several backround conversations with office help she then asked me to hold momentarily when I overheard her repeating negative comments about our conversation. Several moments later the call disconnected. I redialed the number in attempt to resolve the issue. [redacted] answered the phone and stated verbatim, "The call was disconnected she said she does not want to talk to you." I then repeated what he said, he replied "Correct she does not want to talk to you. She said your going in circles."

The qualifications of completing the class is to recieve a CPR card which I have yet received in the mail from them, BUT they made sure I received a letter of denial of refund. This company is all types of crap and I'm mortified with this process. I have just now found out their company's name on this denial letter. In previous encounters they went by their abbreviation ASP NYC.Desired Settlement: I desire my refund immediately!

I am completely mortified by this company.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Adequate Security Preparation & Placement regarding complaint ID [redacted].

Sincerely,

Review: I paid $80 as a down payment for Security Guard Training Courses. After the course there was nobody to record that I was successful. When I called the next day to pay for the next class there was nobody to answer. When I went to there web site the telephone number was incorrect. I tried the original number again, somebody answered. When I gave my name and told him that there was no recording of passing the CPR class he said " Hold that thought" and put me on hold. I waited 8 minutes and 43 seconds until I hung up. Then I read my contract and they circled the Fireguard Course when I distinctly showed them my fireguard licence, not the CPR course.

The classes were to lead to a Lobby attendants interview with a large company. I'm out the money and no job. They misrepresented their qualifications.Desired Settlement: Get me the interview or return my money
