We have reviewed the matter.  This is a claim of property damage.  We did not tow Mr. [redacted]' car here, it was delivered here.  We did not do the claimed damage, and did not remove the missing property.[redacted]

Review: I purchased a unit from Adesa Golden Gate Auction 20mins prior to it closing (each unit has atleast a 24hour window for sae). The unit on sale was available for purchase for the price of $16,600.00. After I purchased & floored it, I recieved an email twenty or so minutes later mentioning that the sale was unwounded due to a clerical error. For the buyers, if a unit is purchased (whether online or on the floor i.e during an auction), there is no luxury to cancel the sale if there was/is an error on the unit being purchased. Once the unit is purchased (unless the buyer pays for arbitration), the buyer cannot cancel the sale for any reason. The seller/auction has/have a minimum of twenty-four hours since the vehicle is put for sale. If it was purchased 20minutes before the sale ended, then the sale should go to the buyer becasue the auction/seller had more than enough time to fix/correct the listing.Desired Settlement: The sale should not be unwounded and I should be able to recieve the vehicle.

Review: My car was repo by this company and when I came to pick it up my front bumper was damaged and my steering wheel cover was gone and my car had been rampaged through all my stuff was on the floor.Desired Settlement: I would like them to fix my bumper and replace my steer wheel cover.

This Auction does not go by its own rules. Even if it has a Guarantee that you purchased extra from them. If you buy vehicles from them Buyer beware if you have a problem you are stuck with it regardless of there rules and Guarantee.
