Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted] ***
Adesa employees are by far the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered They treat their customers with zero regard, their speech is not audible and get upset when asked questions Today, my car was left with the keys in the ignition and running out in the parking while I was still inside, the man who notified me my car was outside, would not tell me where my belongings were and said it was not his problem nor was he going back outside I felt like I was being treated like a criminal for claiming my car and belongings I did not engage in their disrespectful and discriminatory looks This company needs to be reviewed The service is unacceptable!

Review: We purchased a vehicle from Adesa at the auction for a total cost of $1700 about two weeks ago. We later had the car checked and they found that there's a problem with the head gasket and that it would cost $1500 to fix it. The car is a lemon and Adesa won't take it back. They have this twisted rule that the complaint for arbitration should have been done on the same day the sale was made by 5pm. It is impossible for a mechanic to diagnose that type of problem without a scanner which they can't bring to the site. Furthermore, the car was towed to us from the auction a few days after the car was purchased. They told me that it's not their problem and that they are covered under their rules and regulations. They won't even give the seller's contact information. They are operating a big scam and are screwing people over at these auctions. I have heard many such complaints from other buyers feeling so helpless and abused. It is appalling that such business conduct should be carried out.Desired Settlement: We would like some form of compensation. Either a refund of our money, credit toward another purchase or that the dealer agrees to fix the car. Thank you!
