ADI Corporate Headquarters

I never had a problem until now at ADI Bensalem PA. The people are rude most of the time, they don't return calls, and don't have any technical knowledge. I bought a radio for an alarm system and found out that I didn't need it because of a technical problem with the current radio (that I also bought from ADI). I had receiver and account number written on box and phone number so tech had it handy. Since I didn't need it, I put white out on it so you wouldn't see it, and it was still factory sealed. I went to return it and they refused it! I have been a customer for 14 years, and now I will never buy another thing from ADI ever again! Thanks to Joel (Branch manager), Jason, Mike, and Rich! for taking care of your customers, NOT!

I purchased goods from ADI using their website for company wholesale ordering When ordering using their mobile app, I purchased a number of items and requested they be shipped to my shaddress The app presented an invoice total, I accepted, the items came When receiving the invoice, unbeknownst to me, they decided to charge me exorbitant shipping fees which actually superseded the cost of two of the items Invoice # *** and *** I contacted my billing rep, Teresa P***, to explain and ask that the shipping fees be removed as they were never communicated when making the purchase and were egregious considering the items purchased (e.g., 4" cablecost apx $10, resulted in an additional $in shipping) She basically dismissed my claim and request and said even though we didn't tell you how much it would cost, you still owe us the shipping To date I have paid the rest of the invoices I may pay the remaining balances for shipping, but if I do, I will go

Review: I took a class at ADI, [redacted] on 11/*/2015. I am sorry to write that my car bottomed-out on the entrance to the ADI parking lot from Banner Drive as the rate of increase in height from street level to the parking lot is the most extreme I have ever observed. As a result of this extraordinary change in grade, my vehicle suffered damage to the front bumper and possibly undercarriage. I am going to have my vehicle examined at my garage to as the full extent of the damage.Desired Settlement: I now feel that it is ADI's responsibility to pay to fix all the damage to my vehicle that was caused by their parking lot entrance as well as correct the extreme increase in height from street level to their parking lot.
