My husband wanted to surprise me with diamond earrings that I have been asking for for years! So of course he went back to Adiamor, where we bought my engagement ring and wedding ring years ago! Unfortunately, however, this more recent experience was much more disheartening and disappointing than our first one After receiving my earrings on Christmas morning and trying them on I realized they were a bit too large and uncomfortable! (Something only to be known after actually trying them on) However, upon calling to exchange for a different pair, since my husband actually planned ahead and ordered them before Christmas, the day return policy was about up right when I received them! So when I called after the holidays to see about the exchange, I was declined I was quite disappointed at Adiamor's lack of understanding and customer service After spending such a huge amount of money, and under the circumstances of the preplanning involved in a Christmas gift I was very disappointed at their unwillingness to work with me on at least an exchange Very, very poor customer service!!

I had a custom platinum ring made by Adiamor Everything was done through email and was very easy All my questions were answered daily by Kristina who was very helpful and extremely thoroughShe made sure everything was perfect, to include the specific type of alloying used in my ring I recommend making a powerpoint with pictures to identify exactly the design you want if you go the custom route This company made exactly what I wanted Many companies wont make you a ring unless you buy the stones from them but Adiamor is happy to help you with ANYTHING you want, it was refreshing to interact with a company willing give me what I wanted and provide such prompt, respectful, competent service and a product of such high quality When I got the ring I brought it to a local jewler to put the stones in and the jeweler (with years experience) wanted to know who made the ring because he was curious who had produced a custom ring of such quality He said he knew it wasn't local (Jacksonville, FL) because there was nobody in the area that could have produced it with such quality I am so happy to have had this experience (my very first) with such a great company and with such a competent and respectful employee of that companythanks Kristina!
