Review: Fraudulent use of Credit Card.Using client funds via fraudulent use of Credit Card info to pay for other clients services provided by a third party.This business proprietor ([redacted] "Ad Infusion") has had their Visa & Mastercard merchant account closed due to fraud.This business proprietor([redacted] "Ad Infusion") has been convicted of Piracy in Federal Court in Sacramento County.This business proprietor([redacted] "Ad Infusion") has current pending Federal piracy charges in Sacramento County. This business proprietor ([redacted] "Ad Infusion") has been fraudulently using my Credit Card for over a year.Desired Settlement: I have filed a fraud case with my Credit provider, but due to current law, I can only be credited for charges in the last 6 months.This business proprietor (matt roberts "Ad Infusion") has been fraudulently using my Credit Card for over a year.

Here is my prior communication with Mr [redacted] regarding clarification of some billing issues in May 2015. Hosting services were provided by Media Temple. AdInfusion does not provide web hosting services and as such, Mr [redacted] was fully aware of the amount he was paying Media Temple ($50) and the frequency that they billed him (monthly). His emails below acknowledge these facts.

Review: When the contract was not renewed he launched a "black hat tactics" campaign against my company. There's a long list of unethical complaints against mr [redacted] that we are pursuing both criminally and civilly.Desired Settlement: a full refund of everything paid to mr [redacted] in the amount of $78,000 plus lost wages until negative campaign is resolved.
